All Seasons Spas came out to fix my hot tub thermostat, came out twice and
Did not fix it. Called again, and they said they would take care of it, never came. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Used car sales seem to have nothing on spa sales, except at All Seasons. Mike was wonderful. Knowledgeable, never pushy, guiding to things and always from things. Follow-through and support was kind and courteous. Stopped in when he wasn’t there and the other salesman picked up and helped with remaining questions. Super happy with the professionalism and care of the sales experience.

I met one of the nicest salesmen I have ever met in my life! He was helpful and knowledgeable. Pack your bathing suit they will let you try them out if you’re interested!

One of your drivers went around me in the shoulder to run a red light during traffic on cemetery rd at 4:25 PM. He/she almost hit me. Don’t give people company cars if they are going to drive recklessly!! Absolutely ridiculous. Driving a black pickup.

Mike helped me choose a hot tub that fit my space and gave me the strongest jets for my buck. He also advised me on where to put it in my backyard (getting input from an electrician about the building code for overhead power lines). I decided on a model after visiting the showroom and was able to complete the purchase over the phone. Had to wait a few weeks for the tub to be built, but they set the right expectations upfront. Tub is working out great so far!

Our sincere thanks to All Seasons Spas and their very impressive staff. Mike (sales manager), and his outstanding team-Cameron, Zack, Cory, Bill and Trevor who were ALL skilled and dedicated to resolve a difficult issue that turned out to be a manufacturing over site. I am so pleased with their technical skill level but most of not dealing with pushy salespeople, just a whole team that treated us very kindly and showed sincerity toward total customer satisfaction.
If you should find yourself with an issue, I do not think you will ever find a company anywhere that focuses on being sure the customer is taken care of to their complete satisfaction than ALL SEASONS SPA in Hilliard Ohio.

Excellence = maintaining the highest standards, paying attention to little details, and being willing to go the extra mile. The Sales Specialist I worked with at All Seasons Spas - Jason Beninghof to purchase my new Sundance Spa embodies all of the qualities. When I'm making a significant $ investment it starts and ends with the person I am dealing with. Is he or she authentic? Do they know their product? Will they go above and beyond after the sale to make sure I am happy with my investment? Jason checked all of those boxes and he even provided an in-service on my new Spa at my home on a Sunday morning. Obviously, I am happy with Jason, All Seasons Spas and my new Sundance 780 series Bristol Spa and I would highly recommend this organization.

I wouldn’t buy a hot tub anywhere else. Jeff was super knowledgeable and helpful. They keep the best quality product and have great warranty’s.They set up a quick delivery and made this process as smooth as possible.This experience was really refreshing after visiting a hot tub store where no one knew anything!

I was disappointed that the spa did not work for the spot I wanted. I accurately described the spot to sales person. Come delivery day, they said they would not warranty. Morale of story, don't pay more than deposit until in spot u want. Probably would have sent back otherwise. I'm still waiting for follow up call to see how things are but have given up hope after 9 weeks. That all being said, loving the Jacuzzi.

I have owned a Sundance spa for over 13 years and have only needed someone to come out and fix 2 problems over that timeframe. When I have had questions about an issue Mike in service and the previous service Manager would walk me through to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. 90% of the time the minor issues were resolved without having to have someone come out on a service call. Yesterday, I had Mike and Trevor from service come out and fix a minor problem. They were professional, timely and called before they came and fixed my problem and offered advice on some other questions I had. I can't say enough about the quality of service I have received from the sales side to the service side. I buy all my chemicals and supplies from All Seasons and the prices are as competitive as Amazon. Hats off to the owner of All Seasons Spas because your employees are fantastic!David Durtschi

We bought our hot tub for our cabin in Hocking Hills five years ago. We absolutely love it. On the occasions when we need service or have questions, Mike and his service department have been great to work with and always willing and helpful with answering questions.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! We have purchased one hot tub from them so far for our lodging business and plan on purchasing more in the future! Mike (The service manager) was so helpful! He helped us get our hot tub back up and running before our next guests arrived and we couldn't be more thankful!

I would like to take the time out of my day to write about that fact that my partner and I were able to walk into this place of business and not be bothered at all. Most places sales people are so bothersome and that it’s extremely irritating to me. There was a dog but it didn’t even move just raised its head at us, which was amazing. It was the most zen environment to comfortably look for a hot tub we are not in the market at the moment but when we see we are buying one from this place. Prices were good too!
