I was excited to find out we had the Arhaus loft in town with discounted furniture as we just bought a new home and are looking for quite a few new pieces. I was really disappointed in this place. The staff was nice enough but it felt like a flea market and some of the prices were laughable considering the damage and condition to most of the items. The couches, coffee tables and dining tables looked good overall, but the buffet/sideboard/media console type tables and nightstands & dressers for the bedroom were all beat up. They had chips and scuffs and look like they had been poorly assembled with ill closing drawers and doors and hardware poorly applied. Many of the nightstands did not have the mate. It all felt cheap and rickety and I could not believe the prices, let alone them being discounted. You could probably find something if you found just the right piece you were looking for, but overall it wasn’t what I hoped it would be.

Nice store with great selection of couches but not much else. Price is expensive, but these are nice couches and some of them made in the USA. There are plenty of joints where you can buy the cheap couch that won't last. When you're ready for some furniture going into your favorite house or dream house? This is one of few stores in Cbus with a decent quality of what looks like overstock or storage for another location (not sure).

Web page says open till 7pm.Drove across town for employee to shut door in my face to say closed at 6pm on Saturday March15,2025.Very dissapointing.Will think again before driving to this store.

I love this store. Staff are not pushy and leave you alone to look. When you need help they are beyond helpful. Vanessa is the best. She spotted a sofa that was just perfect! It’s beautiful and the price was right. She made my dream come true! Thank you so much, Vanessa!

I have purchase several pieces of furniture from this store. I tend to swing by and browse when I am in the neighborhood. The sales staff are helpful but not overbearing. You can find quality items for a reasonable price here.

The shopping experience was fantastic, Danielle the sales professional was outstanding. Absolute pleasure to work with and gave great insight. Leonard was extremely helpful. He helped my wife put all the chairs into our vehicle and even rearranged everything to fit around my wheelchair. GREAT EXPERIENCE and outstanding staff

Absolutely love Arhaus Loft Hilliard! My wife has purchased the majority of our home from here and we love the quality and style. If you live in Columbus area, be sure to ask for Rebekah Rose, she is extremely professional and helpful and often keeps an eye out for things she thinks we’d like and will match our home aesthetic. 5 stars!
