Got to the store at 8 and not opened waited for them to open. I reserved a minivan weeks ago and they had none.Had to fight to get a 7 passenger vehicle.Luckily they had a Tahoe. Then had to wait to get cleaned since all the cars were dirty. It be easier to deal with airport Avis least I can get checked out in under a hour

I want to acknowledge Hamza for outstanding customer service. I had devastating situation with my Uber rental and he was so kind and gracious to help me get back on track. Even though he wasn't 100% sure how to remedy the situation he went the extra step contacted another agency walk through the entire process and got me back on the road

I reserved a car to pick up on October 18th, 2024. I spent 30 minutes and 40 dollars on an Uber to get. I was told when I got to the rental place that there is not a car available for me to rent. Highly unprofessional with no communication. Save your money, time, and headaches!! Rude people at the counter, as well. I wish I would have heeded the reviews and realized there is a reason they are rated 3 stars.

DO NOT COME HERE. I rent vehicles weekly and this is absolutely the worst location. Arrived at 12:26pm to a on lunch break sign on the door until 1pm. It is now 1:40pm and no one is in the building. What an absolute embarrassing disgraceful establishment

My experience with Mila is one ill neva forget she very pleasant, professional and sweet and when i returned the vehicle she greeted me with the warmest smile from ear to ear. I just love her personality. She won my ❤️ I wouldnt deal with nobody else. She gets 10 ?

I can in early morning the lady that helped me was extremely helpful she had a few other customers she was dealing with but with every customer she handled she did it with a smile and got everybody in and out with ease. Thank you ?
