Found out about Bath R Us from my value pack. Did a quick internet search an found there raving review. Checked there website which was easy to navigate. With great information about what to expect an what there product can do. Put my information in an got a response right way even with it being a Friday evening. Got an appointment the next day.
Brian came an was able to get the measurements for my bathroom an walk me through the different design choices an the benefits of the shower material that there company is only a select few who is trained to use. I love that the materials they use have silver in it, which helps prevent infection an growth of mold. As someone in the medical feild this gives me a huge senses of reassurance that thing will stay clean. That the technology an innovation that they have used to include the silver into their product will be keeping my bathroom in its best condition.
The overall choices for all there products are top notch an go together perfectly. Going to love this new bathroom!!!

Look elsewhere!
I paid them over $20k to redo my bathroom. Their employee caused an electrical issue that required hiring an electrician. Turns out their guy mixed up line/load on a GFCI outlet.. Baths R Us then refused to reimburse me $328 to remedy their mistake and did not respond to my emails.
Plenty of other companies to choose from in this area. Shameful business practice.

The team of Nate and Mike were very professional. They were prompt in the morning, they started when they said they would. Their work was thorough. If there were points where my input was necessary, they asked that I joint them to observe the area in question, and decide what my expectations were. When they concluded, Nate explained care and maintenance. They worked hard, and the finished product was exactly what was expected. I would recommend this team to do your Baths R Us installation! Nate called me each of the 2 days giving me a heads up when he and Mike were going to arrive, they were very punctual. Nate seemed.very experienced, very knowledgeable and very meticulous. His partner, Mike, was very good at staying one step ahead of Nate. They did a beautiful job.A huge step up from what I had. Nate was fully able to handle any challenge that he was confronted with. Nate is a true Craftsman. His tool of choice seemed to be the oscillating saw.I was amazed .He is quite an asset to your company. I would not hesitate in hiring Baths R Us for any future project

Stephen the sales rep was great for our shower remodel! He arrived on time even with the snowy weather. He walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. Everything was straightforward and he even provided comparison quotes from other companies. We are excited to see the end product!
