Went yesterday for a pair of work boots. Huge store but the boots are so unorganized it's hard to find what your looking for . Not sure why they have such a big store but all the boots are so close together and you can only put 1 or 2 people down an aisle ( makes no sense). Customer service was not the best told them what I was looking for they pointed me in the right direction but no actual help finding what I needed. Walked out empty handed and not happy about it

I drove 30 minutes to this location . Once arriving no one greeted us, even though there were three cashiers having their own conversation. I bought a dress that was supposed to be shipped to my house for $69 when I submitted my information the cashier told me my total was $231. When I asked her why she said she accidentally purchased three dresses. she called her manager for help and manager never came up to the front. The cashier told me I had two options to call customer service to see if they could cancel the other two dresses or wait till they were shipped to my address and return them. Which was ironic to me since they had already deducted the money from my bank account,but couldn’t return it just as fast. Needless to say customer service was no help either. I had to return the dresses in person. At least the guy who did my return was nice. But still don’t recommend going here.

After spending multiple thousands of dollars with this company in the past 15 months, it was the first visit to this location. Needless to say, it will definitely be my final one as well. I was assumed to be a liar or a cheat or something by the manager, after returning an online purchase that I was clearly sent items claiming to be what I ordered, however we're incorrectly ticketed. The manager there, or person in charge, needs to be better trained on how to approach and speak to customers. It wasn't only me she mistreated, I witnessed it happen to another customer as well as an employee. Hopefully it can be noted as a bad day or that she wasn't feeling well, and she doesn't do this regularly. However, my instinct tells me by the way she talked to people, this was probably her usual tone. I won't ever find out if I am right or wrong, because I am not ever going to return to this Boot Barn. Luckily for The Boot Barn Company and my generous shopping sprees I have on regular basis, this has been my only negative experience. So there's That!

Incredibly good service. I had a mobile order shipped to the store that was incorrectly tagged; the manager on shift looked high and low through the whole store to find the correct shirt and also refunded me for my trouble. I wasn’t upset—this type of thing happens!—but she still took my issue very seriously and went the extra mile to make it right. Also love my shirt!

I’ve been to this store several times, it’s pretty average in terms of atmosphere and getting help from the employees. Good selection of hats boots and clothes though

We drove almost 2 hours to this Boot Barn location and spent over $700 on clothes and boots. We called a few weeks later to see when our points expired because we had gotten a good amount for spending that much. Well we were told THEY WERE ALREADY REDEEMED!!! TWO DAYS AFTER OUR PURCHASE!!!! I have a VERY good feeling it was the guy that checked us out. I am going to call cooperate and give them an ear full!!!! Good thing I didn't drive over an hour there just to be told that!!!!!
I WILL NOT TOLERATE THEFT

Check the tags and your receipt before you leave because I bought 2 pair of boots and on the tags it says $49.99 and the other one $289.99 but they rang up as $64.99 and $314.99 and unfortunately I didn’t notice until I made the hour drive back home and the only solution is to drive back for it to be corrected.

Unfortunately wanted to really like this place, but found out customer service is lacking and will no longer support this company. It’s all fine until you need customer service. Save your money and support another business.

Great selection. Horrible customer service. Went for a Hat Shape. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come out to tell me the machine was broken.
