Mina made the experience pleasant and easy! The store was understandably busy because it was Christmas eve, but she was able to multi-task and help everyone in an extremely efficient way (she deserves a raise) ? I would recommend this business to everyone I know!

I visited this location, they have very good customer services I will continue to come here and rent from here. Last time I rented Mina was so very helpful, I will rent from her again!

2nd time renting through budget and both experiences were absolutely amazing- this location was super helpful, informative, with working with us. Mina greeted us happily and with a smile during pick up and drop off! No issues at all I highly recommend this location!

I rented a vehicle from the Nike Way Hilliard location for a week while my personal vehicle was in the shop. The shop did not have my vehicle ready after the week and I needed to extend my rental. I went in to discuss my options and they were very accommodating. I was able to extend my rental with no issues. Any time I need to rent a car I will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you so much for your flexibility!

Many times A place will get a review for something that a customer did not like but very few times will you see a review for a positive experience. This was my first time renting a car and however I tried many places I got denied . However, I walked right into this location & Mina helped me right away with a friendly smile & excellent customer service. I was gone within 20 minutes. In that case I would say this is a pretty good first experience. The car was a 2020 Honda accord was super clean & one of the nicest cars I’ve ever driven. So that being said i’m going to give them five stars, so when you see these negative reviews that everyone has left take it with a grain of salt because this was the best rental car experience I ever had.

We have been long time renters with Enterprise but decided to book through Costco. This brought us to Budget. We were blown away! Customer service was excellent, car was brand new and spotless. Yassine at the counter was professional and excelled in Customer Service! He's the best! We just recently used them a second time and had the same experience. It's rare to find someone so young to care so much about their job! Thanks for helping us again! We will be back for sure.

Firstly, I try very hard to accommodate a business before I judge. Very patient and understanding. However, after a few years on this earth, you can tell when someone just isn't trying...I reserved my car well in advance around the 17th June for a rental we needed for the day, because our primary car was in the shop. On the day-of, we showed up and the young man (nephew of owner) was pleasant, if a bit disorganized. We picked up the vehicle and completed our inspection. He did not walk out with us to help. I would have enjoyed accessing the interior. If so, we would have been spared the wreckage of the previous tenant on their family drive from Florida. It was clear nothing was cleaned. Dog hair, sand, a leftover water bottle, and glove compartment games. I could only note the scratches on the car with the small slip receipt given me. Once I provided this to him and obtained the key, we went outside to enter. That's when we found the wreckage. I immediately ran inside through the rain to tell him. At this point, the door was already locked for closing at 6. Oh and he had mentioned if we hadn't shown up before our arranged time, his computer would have shut down and he couldn't help us. Haha. Sure, buddy. At that time, I didn't have a choice and had to drop off our car so I took it with full intention to get a discount when we tallied up the negative marks. Drive was nice and car was tuned. Mileage did not agree with paperwork. FF to next afternoon. Had to split work shift to return on-time. Swapped car seats and after paying $220 to repair shop, prepared to pay this lazy rental shop. Drive over with spouse and child, let them continue to appointments. Oh yeah, I also filled up gas tank to full. I sat for 30 min waiting for female clerk to help a gentleman. Ultimately his ID failed a validity check -and she couldn't rent him a car? Wow. So I step up after multiple people are now waiting. I state succinctly I am dropping off my car but it was very messy from the start and I want a discount. I only expected perhaps the insurance and incidentals added. Instead of giving them to me, she calls up the owner and I can hear him complaining about my not having inspected the inside prior to release. How about your clerk simply vacuum and wipe down?? She writes my number and says manager will call. His name is Abdelaziz Daray. He still hasn't called five days later.NEVER do business with this business or this man. I plan to visit soon to have a serious chat and get most of my $160 back. At least my discount card offers $10 off the rental fromThe start. If I could give no stars I would.

punch of thieves. Please avoid them. They gave us a car with alot of problems and we had to go to the airport to change it. then they charge us more for pickuping up another car. they also charge up late fee. not considering that we had to change their trash car

If I could give them no stars I would. Drove 30 miles away to pick up the passenger van we scheduled and already paid for but they were closed. Even though I was there the time my reservation was booked for. I called the 1-800 number and they were no help. Finally got a confirmation that they would reimburse me the money I paid. Now my family is left with trying to figure out how we are traveling the day before we are scheduled to leave. Very poor customer service!!!

Over the past several years, whenever I needed to rent a car I have experienced nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from Alex and staff at the Budget Rental in Hilliard (Nike Station Way). I know there have been mixed reviews but I am confident and stand behind them as a rental facility that will provide good customer service, clean cars and decent price offers (which since the pandemic ANYWHERE you try to get rentals the prices are crazy high!). I can't guarantee they will be the lowest, but they do try and earn your business by working with you. It's nice to have a local car rental location that you can trust - hope you will consider them when you need a rental!
