“I work with Joe Butler for all of our materials. I don't think there are enough good words to say about this company. My coworkers all rave about Joe and his work. Joe has personally delivered items to help us out of a pinch. Honestly, that's just the tip of the iceberg with this guy. I am constantly floored at his professionalism and respect for fellow humanity.You know how Zappos and Chick-fil-A are considered leaders of customer service? P&W was doing it right before those guys even knew about good cs.Their staff is always prompt and very polite even when I'm messing up and making mistakes that require more effort from them. I wish more companies made this level of effort for their customers.Only regret is that we don't use them more than we currently do!Also, I seriously wonder how ANYONE could leave them less than a 5 star review.”
