didn't buy any cabinets but i went in to look at some with my mom and thalia was super quick to help with the biggest smile on her face!!! she gave great customer service and was super funny and knowledgeable

My husband and I purchased our dream kitchen from Thalia about 6 months ago and I still can't get over how stunning our kitchen is! From start to finish, she did such an amazing job and went above and beyond what we had expected. I was just at the Columbus home show today gathering ideas for our bathroom remodel and we ran into Thalia again. She let us know about our bathroom cabinet, flooring, and counter top options, so we plan on returning to Cabinets To go when our project starts next spring. I can't recommend Thalia at cabinets to go enough.

I've been there for estimates for 2 different kitchen designs we are considering. Thalia was very helpful while in the store. However after that the service was none existent. She needed to finish one of the renderings after our visit saying she would let me know when it was finished. Never heard from her. Went back for the second design option. The cabinets/countertops we chose this time she said would be 20% less expensive, yet it turned out to be even more than the first design. She said she would check to make sure the prices in the system were accurate and would get back to me. I have not heard from her. I sent an email. No reply. These quotes are double or even triple what I have gotten from other cabinet shops in town for cabinets of the same quality. With these kind of prices it should be white glove service. They obviously don't care and I'm not paying double to people that don't care.

We were so happy to be getting new cabinets. But…. Once they were installed, the top cabinets on one side weren't centered, the bottom cabinets didn’t go over as far as we said. Maybe it was our fault by not looking over the design with a fine tooth comb. But when they come and measure, u assume everything would be fine. Then the installer accidentally screwed the nails all the way thru the panty. We had to order a new panel. Accidents happen, we weren’t upset about it. Until….it took a month before we ever heard back from cabinets to go, once the part finally arrived and we had an appt with installer we emptied our pantry , only to find out when he went to warehouse to get the part it was the wrong part!
Update: we are still waiting for the part to be installed. This process was started 51 days ago and still no replacement panel.

We absolutely love our new kitchen from Cabinets to Go. Thalia at Cabinets to Go were awesome to work with. She took her time with us when we were choosing the cabinets we were looking for as well as the flooring and countertops. The cabinet and floor installer was also good to work, made a special trip back to our house to install one cabinet that didn't make it in the first delivery. The countertop team arrived on time and installed our countertops very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Cabinets to Go. We had several other quotes from other contractors, and they were kind of pushy insisting we had to go with them even though they weren't giving us what we were asking for and costing a lot more than what we were willing to pay. No pressure sales pitch from Cabinets to Go.

Valerie and this company are both an absolute poor representation of a cabinet distributor. Valerie told my wife she could get us a 15% discount if we left a positive review for a drawer that was added. That drawer arrived and is the wrong size thus is useless. Again Valerie wants positive reviews. Looks like by asking for positive reviews it clearly helps.I was told I can buy another but without any credit for HER mistake. My wife has a hearing loss that cabinets to go took advantage of. She signed without understanding it was the incorrect size. She trusted Valerie, we both did and that was ill advised. Get your cabinets from another place. Listen, after they get your money, thet don't care about you. Their mistakes are not corrected. I wish someone will reach out to us because this is wrong.A silly response will not help hard working buyer's that count on quality servive and workmanship.I Hope someone calls. My wile is in tears.

We bought a kitchen from Thalia 2 years ago and are beyond happy with the service and the product! She walked us through the entire process. We have since had follow up help from Valerie and she spent a lot of time with us to figure out how to address pantry. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very professional company. Answered all of my questions and listened to what we were looking for in cabinets. Laura Donohew is so accommodating and experienced in cabinet design, style and need. If you have any doubts about this company, don't. They are A 1 in my book.
