I normally don’t review, but I was looking up their store hours and saw the reviews, so I wanted to drop in and say I shop at this specific Carters A LOT! I was so excited when they opened a Hilliard location, and EVERY time I go in, I am always greeted with a friendly smile! One of the managers I believe Mollie is a true gem! I have 3 boys and last week I was in getting some clothes for summer and she jumped right in and was helping me order the sizes I need online because they were not in stock in the store. This store is honestly one of the cleanest well put together one I’ve been to. Always great deals, great clothes, and great customer service!!

Worst customer service in all my years of shopping with Carters. Managers terrible. Not professional. Definitely not friendly nor helpful. Acted like I was bothering her. I left everything and went next door to OldNavy

Cute clothes, clean store, but very much not stroller friendly! I have a decently small stroller and couldn't get through most of the racks, definitely overcrowded.

i couldn't return an item because it's been a week, when I told her you have to tell customers about your return policy system she said it's not necessarily. I told her i want to talk to manager she said I'm one of managers but she were very rude lady not respectful at all. I usually bought clothes from Carter's in other location they always returned for me even it's been more than two weeks, but in Hilliard location you have to work on customer service because they are not friendly at all????
