I have used CME Federal credit Union exclusively since 1992. I’ve used them for home loans, auto loans, checking, savings, and a home equity account. They’ve always been customer oriented; prompt and responsive, as well as competitive. They can satisfy virtually all my financial needs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A fraudulent charge was put on my debit card and CMEFCU caught it called me then cancel my card. So glad they had my back covered

The CME on Trueman Blvd provides such great service. Tiffany and Amara are always very helpful. I hope that CME returns this branch to be a full service branch.

Drive thru is the only option which is an inconvenience since you have to sit 12-20 minutes minimum to get waited on. They move way too slow, won’t be back ever

I went to Huntington for a car loan first. 700 credit score and no debtors on my name besides student loans. It took four days for them to deny me and I had to go back in to find out.Called CME. Same background. Approved in an hour and never left the house. Joked with the loan officer about my student loans and we had some good millennial banter. Everyone was so kind and helpful.Forget big banks. This is where it's at.

I banked with them for about 10 years. At first they were great though as I grew older they were less and less supportive and routinely made me feel like a little girl who was inadequate of making financial decisions and routinely talked down too.

Added 5600.00 to my auto loan and changed my auto payment WITHOUT notifiying me! How can they even do that? Now that they screwed up they say it will take 30-60 days to reverse. Not cool!!
