“If you're in Union or Madison counties and need computer service, call Plain City Computers. My parents live in Plain City, and I maintain their Windows PC. As I reside in Phoenix, I do this remotely. I've been able to handle most things - until recently when I attempted a full Windows 10 reset. It repeatedly failed at around the 87% mark. Even if I had been there in person, I was stuck.Plain City Computer had strong reviews, but having left their retail space, it's not obvious if they're still in business, so I left a message. Brenda responded right away. Dad dropped the machine off and picked it two days later. Brenda did a reinstall of Windows that I wouldn't have been able to do and then she went above and beyond to make sure my remote access was back online. She's an expert, communicates well, charges fair prices and is conveniently located in her new workspace.”

“Nice chill little store to buy your tech if you're a student at OSU. The best deals are for the Apple devices. They sent me the wrong product but they had excellent customer service and sent me an email before the wrong product arrived. Very nice and helpful.”

“My go to Game Stop. I love their clearance. And they are always very welcoming and friendly! And if they don't have something. They will check other stores and call and have the store hold for you. Always helpful and knowledgeable!”

“Confusion with using Best Buy credit card. Apparently if you have not purchased something for a time the card expires & we never received anything to advise us so we had to obtain a new card# to process our transaction and then call Best Buy to have a new card issued. It would be helpful if an expiration date was on the active card or received a notification that we needed to obtain a new card after a specified date.”
