“Dropped off my grandson's gaming computer because it was overheating and turning itself off. Bought it at BestBuy less than a year ago. It still had a warranty on it and I was talked into buying a membership to get better services should I ever need service. It was a nightmare trying to get BestBuy to diagnose (let alone repair it). So I took it to Computer Point on Claycraft Rd. Dealt directly with Mike, the owner. He diagnosed the problem and had it ready to pick up in @ 3 days and only cost me $150 bucks to fix it. He was very professional pleasant to deal with. I'm so glad I found this company!!!! ☺”

“I wish I had gotten his name, but huge thanks to the employee at your Easton store who went above and beyond today. I was looking for an anti-static bag to ship a CPU — Best Buy was actually the third store I’d tried, and I was about to give up. A team member came over and asked if he could help me find something. When I told him what I needed, he said the store didn’t carry it, but that he had one in his own car. He ran out and grabbed it for me on the spot.
I was on a tight shipping deadline, and that one small gesture made all the difference. Thank you so much — you have a real gem working at this location!”
“I've been in there a couple times to deal with various issues and the people could not have been more helpful. Most recently I lost my phone and could not even contact Support to file a claim with my Theft+Loss coverage, so they called Support and handed me the phone right in the store so I could talk to Support directly lol. A young lady named Chelsea and her manager (another lady whose name I didn't catch) were a huge help and I got everything taken care of in the store.”
“Today we came in to get a new phone. Several people who came in after us were being helped before us and the aggravation was growing.
I stopped an employee, Jayden and said “hey, all these people are being helped before us, what do I have to do to get help?” Jayden immediately with a smile on his face “how can I help?” Immediately he was ready to help us. He was friendly, professional, and he made the process smooth and quick. I’m grateful for his help today!”
