The customer support person that took the call was very informative took time to answer my questions and was kind.
I received a call after booking from the local site with all the information that I needed to successfully get in to put my things in storage and specifics on the lock.

This place is terrible. They start off reasonable then every two months they will send you a random email saying your new rate has increased and owners are 1000% just scamming people and do not work with you. Strongly recommend avoiding using this place. There are plenty of other storage locations. For context I started at $120 a month now im over $180 and I havnt even been there 10 months yet. So quite literally every 2 months they will increase your rent. I went back and check it went 120‐>140‐>150->180. So avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get screwed after moving everything here. Or only use it short term then cancel.

Came to this location after having a negative experience down the road at the other storage place (orange sign, can’t remember the name) - and I’m glad I did! The person that signed me up was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; the entire process took only about 15 minutes start to finish. The only issue I had was that my card was double charged, but I was out of town and unable to take care of it right away. After returning home a few days later, I was glad to find that the issue had been resolved and I had nothing to worry about. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a place to store some extra belongings for a while!

I had a storage unit here for about six years before moving out of the area, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable, and there were plenty of unit sizes to choose from depending on your needs. Highly recommended if you're looking for a hassle-free storage solution.

Been a customer for years and they just keep raising rates. They should work with loyal customers to keep rates down. It's not fair the new customers can rent at a fraction of the cost of regular customers.

Rob at CubeSmart is an absolute gem! I booked my unit online, and he made the rest of the process effortless. He walked me through exactly where my unit was, how to open and lock it, tips for organizing different-sized items, and precautions for temperature-sensitive storage.
He went above and beyond, so much so that he let me in before I even realized my access code wasn’t working, then made sure I could get out without any issues. The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and feels secure, but Rob’s kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care are what make it stand out!

This is our 2nd time using cubesmart. My motherinlaw passed away and we needed a ace quickly to store her things. Easy online registration and we had exactly what we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent storage area all around! The units are safe and protected by a gate that requires a code to enter. Very clean premises. Also the on-site manager is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend 👌
