Always people willing to help. Make sure that you get what you need. Happy faces and friendly experience goes along way whether you're sick or just stopping in to grab yourself some lunch. They are always so nice at Cvs.

If there could be a choice for 0 star I would have taken that. They do not even deserve a star. The staff was rude to the core. I had sick children in the car and passed through drive through, they were closing in a minute or so and I was told it takes 5 minutes to prepare the medicines, so well I have to come back because they are going on a lunch break.People who have kids and sick for that matter know how get. I didn’t have 1 or 2 but three kids all under 6 years.After driving around for 30 minutes, came back at the drive though There was a lady I think her name was megan or something , rude rude so rude. Talking about being “fair” if she misses her lunch when clearly I was there before closing time. Is it fair making me drive around with sick kids for half a hour when you denied me there medication?She closed the window on me while I was talking to her.Thank you for your pathetic customer service. Am Taking my money somewhere else. If you’re smart you will do the same .

Everyone at this pharmacy has been kind and helpful! I switched from Kroger to CVS about a year ago and and the staff at cvs have been way nicer and I've always been able to meds up earlier than expected!

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. I have been trying to get to call for 2 days waiting on phone for 30-45 minutes with each call. I called the front store, and they answered and said people are working there but he could not tell them to answer the phone. The front store person transferred me multiple times and still they do not answer. Incredibly unprofessional.

Never on time. You can call all you want to confirm. I don’t mean a few mins late, I mean 30 mins to hours and even next day in one instance. Pick another in town

I called this morning at 9:30 about a prescription that was called in yesterday. I told the person I would be here at 5 this afternoon. I came in and IT'S STILL NOT READY. Wait 5-10 minutes. That is ridiculous. When I give this much notice I expect to have my Rx ready when I get there. Do you not have one line for waiting and one for later pick up?

Terrible service. The Pharmacy is a joke, no possible chance to get anyone on the phone. After 30* minutes on hold I went to the drive thru and pulled up being the only car. Sat for 10 more minutes before anyone said a word to me. Prescription was not ready and I was told to wait 30-40 minutes and I would get a text message. I go back 45 minutes later and stand in line for 10-15 minutes and it's finally ready (no text message). Go somewhere else, they are lazy and just don't care. The manager is the problem, she has an attitude and can't manage anything. 3 straight times I've had bad service.

They are slow and rude. I can't stand using this pharmacy and will be transferring all of our prescriptions. Good luck ever getting someone on the phone either.

I was trying to get 97 pictures off my cellphone to develop and youngblood extremely helpful but had to clock out and go home.i was told ya self is how his name sound when told to me.He wasn't helpful at all ,he assumed I did this before and I haven't. He also raised his voice and I asked him not to talk but his arrogance kept his mouth running unprofessional. He said there was a receipt in the photos printed off so I had a stack of 97 to go thru to find it.Had he filled the receipt paper I wouldn't have to dig thru.He found this hilarious and I found it rude .I ask for another cashier to ring me out ,because I was tired of 3 ring circus he caused.He didn't have a name tag on either ,the associated did..

I come here pretty frequently, and honestly sometimes it's five stars and sometimes it's one, but honestly, the ones outweigh the fives. The most annoying thing is when you call, you always get a robot at first. When you ask to speak to a human, sometimes it lets you and other times, it seemingly ignores you. It can take a few tries to get right. Sometimes they randomly cancel your order and won't tell you why, and it can be hard to transfer from CVS to CVS. I have come to dread ordering from here. Inside the store is pretty clean and well-organized. Some of the employees are pretty nice, and others ignore you. Really just depends on the day I guess.

I don’t understand the low reviews here. It’s pretty good as far as a pharmacy goes. I have been getting my prescriptions here for years without any problems. I even got a Covid booster here. The pharmacists are nice, the techs are nice, and it’s a clean store in a good part of the city.

Terrible customer service. I stood at the drop off section like a normal person should for nearly 10 minutes before I heard one of them saying "oh I didn't even see him" and then proceed to tell me that they're closing soon so it won't be until tomorrow to fill my prescription. Very irresponsible. Maybe I'll come to the pickup window next time to get your attention. Disappointed and won't be coming back for sure.
