Fantastic shop . Pretty much worked with all 3 employees while there . All of them were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. This is a great place with great selection and plenty of size options to choose from . I will definitely be returning and suggesting this to family and friends.

Cyclical Nature is what the cycling community is all about! Bill, the owner, is awesome. Bill and the staff are super friendly and honest when discussing options/pricing. I bought a Cervelo P-Series tri-bike earlier this year and couldn’t be happier with it. The fit test with Bill was really helpful, did my first half Ironman this fall and the bike was comfortable and fast!Thanks again to you guys at Cyclical Nature, keep crushing it!

Was on the hunt for a Shimano disc brake bleed kit for my road bike. Staff got me all hooked up and EVERYthing was in stock. I even bought some quality less costly disc brake pads that were also in stock. Very organized and well stocked locally owned Bicycle shop. Support your LBS. Looks like a great inventory of road, mountain and gravel bikes in stock. Shop staff were very engaged and very customer friendly and well-versed in bike expertise. Don't hesitate to shop at Cyclical for your bicycling needs.

This place is honestly the best. Andrew, I think is his name, has been extremely helpful. I went in for tires and he sold me cheaper tires than I came in for that he said were better than the more expensive ones I was originally planning on buying. He also fixed up my partner's ebike fork when no other bike shop would touch it. The couple times we've been in there they've been incredibly friendly. Really feel like we found our LBS. Kudos to these cool folks.

I had a very positive experience at Cyclical Nature Bicycles and highly recommend them. I brought my old beat up Walmart bike to be looked at as it has been sitting in my garage unridden for several years. Bill didn't scoff at the bike and didn't try to sell me a tune up service fee. Instead, he took a look at the bike, said everything worked, put air in the tires, and sent me on my way with no charge. He did show me bicycles for sale, but that was only after I asked and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Another store might have taken the bike to get the tune up fee. I will definitely come back again if I decide to get a new bike (which looked like a very attractive option because they are so much lighter) or need service.

Update. My Evelo bike needed the brakes adjusted. Cyclical Nature diagnosed the issue. I discussed with Evelo. They authorized me to have cyclical nature fix the issues, then for me to send the bill. Cyclical Nature came up trumps again. Thanks guys. Used this cycle shop since moving here. Excellent service extremely helpful. Not just serious bikers but casual and Ebikes.I just bought Evolo Electric Bike, on line sales only. Bill helped make sure it would meet my needs, had it delivered to his store so he could help evaluate and assemble it. He even signed up as an affiliate so he could service it for me. I am 72 with some health issues the EVELO Omega has proved excellent. If you are thinking of buying any kind of bike but especially electric see Bill first. I tried most of the e-bike shops in town - nobody proved as knowledgeable as Bill and his team.

Bought a diamondback hybrid recently. Awesome service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I am an amateur rider, pretty green. But they treated me super cool, no judgement or prejudice. Super cool place. 10/10. Thx!

Bill the owner is great. I would highly recommend this store to any bike owner. I traveled from Westerville and it was well worth the trip. Great service and selection. I needed a new bike seat and learned more about bike rack options. Support the small business!

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to fixing bikes. I have had multiple bikes repaired here and purchased a few bikes here as well. The owner Bill went above and beyond with our older Fuji roads bikes making sure every tiny detail was perfect. All of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Cyclical Natures for all bike purchases, repairs, and accessories.
