Very happy with Kyle and the tires however, they were unable to complete the alignment due to the rear cameras. I had to take my car to the dealer to get the alignment after the tire install. My dealer said they didn’t have to do anything with the cameras. So I spent an extra 3 hours and an additional $60 getting an alignment somewhere else. I was just relieved the dealer could get me in the same day.

Balanced and rotated tires. Bill was very helpful and held my spot in the 2 hour wait line while left the building and returned. Upon completion the service tech explained what he did and checked.

Great experience, had a few tires installed. Jamie at the front desk met me as I was walking into the building, did exactly what I needed, very courteous and professional. Job was done very fast and they have a great way to communicate the process of the job straight to your phone. Prices were better than near by shops. Overall, impressed. Thank you

Paid for my tires online. Showed up for the appointment, tech checked the care in. Then right when I got back to pick the car up they informed me the tires the website chose for my car do not fit my car. They then told me the only way they would help me is if I paid for more expensive tires. So $200 extra dollars later they then tried to sell me a bunch of warranty stuff even though online it said my tires were covered. Buyers beware they will bait and switch you.

I've been coming here for the past eight years and three cars. They've been able to help me get good prices on tires, whether it was my compact sedan, crossover SUV, or now my midsize SUV. They're customer service is amazing. They'll help you find the best tires for your vehicle based on how you use your vehicle and about how many miles you're looking to get out of them. They also do wheels, which I just had to get as well since mine were 13 y/o aluminum starting to rust. (Which when it was causing problems with air leaking, they cleaned for free since I have been a previous customer). I almost went to toyota because I had found some Grey TRD Pro wheels that would've looked good on my car, but I found some Grey wheels on their app that paired perfectly with the brand new KO3 tires. It saved me $100 per wheel ($500 total because of the full suze spare) going this route instead of the toyota wheels. It took about an hour and a half, but let me tell you, I have never thought my car had looked bad @$$ until I saw them bring my car around to the front door when it was done. They also took the time to ask me which hub caps I preferred and if I wanted the white or black lettering on the wheels.

Super friendly, wonderful service, clean lobby, and quick to take care of my needs. I had a great experience buying my tires here several years ago, and just now I brought in a flat tire and they repaired it for me for free. Couldn't be happier with the service!

At any given moment, the only thing holding you and your car on the road is the small patch of rubber on each of your tires. Need to stop in a hurry? It all comes down to the verrry small amount of rubber that is actually in contact with the road. Food for thought. This is why I buy high end tires and replace them sooner rather than later. I do my own research but I do my business with Discount Tire. Their maintenance policy is excellent, with free routine tire rotation and balancing for the life of your tires. Better than that, though, are the people. I don't know how Discount Tire does it, but they hire people who really enjoy working with customers and who really know their stuff. You can buy tires at a lot of places. Discount Tire, though, keeps right on taking care of you while other places tack on charges or try talking you into services you don't need. Fair prices and quality service from nice people? I'm in!
