I had a wonderful shopping experience today, thanks to Tim!! I had a "grab-bag" shopping list that was kind-of like a scavenger hunt and Tim was amazing telling me where I could find the desired items in the store. He even donated a sheet of old newspaper because I did not know where to find one. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had an online order to arrive at the store, received the notification in my email that my order (which was paid for) had arrived. At the store, the manager Alley was too lazy to look for my paid for order I was unable to continue communication with her because her body odor was so outstanding it was too much for my allergies. She “looked” as if she had gotten out of bed and failed to wash or even comb her hair. She proceeded to tell me to wait and check back another day when they had time to look for my order (there were a total of four people working, Alley and Nate were held up in the office). The order was time sensitive and that day (which it was already late) was the last time I would be able to use it so I was forced to cancel. The management of the store is not equipped to manage anything. And certainly not a leader, the way that she “looked” just to start.

Love it. I am SHOCKED by how cheap these items are. Literally everything they have is $1.25 and I pay 3-5 times as much at other stores. Issue about the boxes/service? Sometimes they only have one (1) worker. So them having to accept a delivery ? means they’ll have to go back and temporarily do that. Don’t blame the workers please.

Honestly....this store has a great location ..but Goodwill is better organized. Boxes everywhere, shelves a mess...one young man trying to ring register and stock shelves...it's a shame because this once was a good store to shop in. I've given it several tries ....the young man who helped me today was great...but this is my last trip into this store.
