PASS PASS PASS!!! Very overpriced for the experience! The place smells of mildew when you walk in and it persisted throughout my appointment. That should’ve made me turn around. No water, no mints or anything to wake you from that post- massage fog. The service itself was also subpar. I booked 90 minutes and the therapist didn’t touch my back until the last 5 mins of the appointment time because she lost track of time, despite me telling her that my back and neck were my trouble areas. I graciously paid and still tipped her but to be honest this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere. Let alone all of the things I’ve learned about the owners during my massage. Do not recommend at all!!! $170 down the drain.

WOW WOW , JOSHUA IS A MAGICIAN- if you have neck pain , you hold stress in your back , you do physical labor for work , you clinch your teeth …. Doesn’t matter what you need he can help you. This place is awesome.

I have been working with Elements Massage, and specifically with Josh at their Hilliard location, for years. Josh is great at not only remembering the ongoing issues for which I receive massage therapy, but also at checking in at each appointment and tailoring my experience to particular pains or troubles I'm having. I am beyond grateful to have found a massage therapist who is not only excellent at what they do, but is also incredibly considerate and attentive. Thank you, Josh!!

I had a 90 minute session with Josh today. Was so relaxed at one point I actually dosed off! Josh always does a great job of stretching my joints and working on some existing issues that I have. Definitely recommend Josh for anyone that would benefit from a good stretch and helping with mobility.
Also I enjoy the changes and upgrades that have been done to the salon in general. Welcoming, calm, and relaxing.

Elements is a great place to be at. The environment is very welcoming and peaceful. Almost makes you want to fall asleep as soon as you walk in, very relaxing. Definitely a place that sets the tone.

I came here due to back/neck pain and I can feel the difference every time I go get a massage here. Dan is the best therapist! He’s very knowledgeable and helpful.
