We have had the pleasure of working with Craig and he has been lovely to work with. We had to change the tiles for several bathrooms and our kitchen. He helped us from start to finish, with everything. He walked us through the designs, ensured we had extra tiles and materials and also advised us on what would be best in the house for us. We, not only enjoyed working with him, but he also made the entire experience smooth for us. I would highly recommend him and Floor & Decor. We will certainly work with them again in the future.

Found quality flooring for a great price. Online ordering was simple and pickup from the store was seamless. I wish I would have taken down the associates name who checked me in at the loading area. She was professional and kind. Ivion loaded everything into my truck and was very nice and fast!
Will definitely recommend Floor and Decor to friends and use them again in the future!

Floor and decor was awesome in helping us with our remodel. Craig Huffman, The design director in the The Hilliard location, really didn’t outstanding job and helping us figure out the right tile combination and what would work best for our project. Highly recommend.

Big blessing to me as I was in a big time crunch. I wanted to make sure I gave a great review for Tiffany from the Pro Desk area. She was very knowledgeable, organized, and spent over 4 hours with me picking out tile for my flooring, my fireplace, and my bathtub. I was so pleased with her support and constant communication after the quote and write up.
