Hyper confrontational, and demeaning staff. The person at the counter was externally rude, belligerent and aggressive. Then only doubled down on his aggression. Stay away from this location unless you like being talked down to.

The most rude interaction I’ve ever had at any retail location for any company. The employees were hyper confrontational out of nowhere. I’ll just leave it at that. If you choose to go there, you’ll see for yourself.

The woman there who I believe was the manager tried to spit on me, when I came into the store she was already mad and when I asked a simple question about the differences between the versions of the switch she told me I needed to leave and when I asked why she tried to spit on me. Luckily I got out of the way

absolutely don’t go here. no joke the manager kicked us out and cancelled our store pick up order for a $400 ps5 simply because we came in asking how long it was going to be until it was ready while browsing the store.

As many others are saying, they were not open on a Saturday during their posted hours. I even called ahead and the robo phone tree had no hours change for the day. They should at least figure out some way to have a voice message box say they are closed. Waste of a half hour of my time.

Just left this store. It’s 4:25 pm and they are supposed to be open but there was a sign outside saying interview in process. There were people inside and they didn’t bother to explain what’s going on. It’s ridiculous, really cannot do that out of store hours?

Tried to patron this establishment the other night. According to google they close at 9pm. I arrived about 7:30pm and the open sign was off, the door was locked and the security gate was closed. I knocked on the door as I could see the 2 employees inside. One of the employees signaled to me that they were closed and then proceeded to ignore me without any further explanation as to why they decided to close the store an hour and a half early on a Saturday night. Their actions were very disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could rate this store lower than 1 star I would.

This GameStop is awful. They cannot meet the hours that are on Google. They continually close before 6 pm on Fridays, additionally if you try to come on Saturdays when they open at 11 am they still are closed. How am I supposed to provide them with business if they appear to never be open ? This place is just a sad disappointment.

It’s 11:39 am and they were supposed to open at 11. Still no one has showed up. Based on my experience with trying to shop here twice now, this is a poorly managed store.

I bought a used console and had problems with the controller, they fixed it no questions asked. Staff was friendly even though they were busy.

Beware: placing an order online does not guarantee they will have your item when you get there. They will continue to sell what they have in the store to in store customers and will also hold the items for those who call in asking them to hold it and those customers get first dibs on the items. Completing the purchase online doesn’t seem to be the secure way to get what you want…I guess they’ll just hold it if you just call and ask. They will also sell out of the items while you wait in line to pick it up and then cancel your order while you are in the store to pick it up because they no longer have any to fill your order. Not pleased!!!!
