Would love to see a few prices balance out of things I eat throughout the store, but I use their pharmacy and couldn't appreciate the pharmacists and their warm regards more. Keep up the good work! Deb, Stacey, Eileen...you three make my day just by being who and how you are! Give these women raises. They deserve it ♡

This pharmacy is very difficult to work with. They don't let you know if there's a problem filling your prescription, so if you run out you're out of luck. When you go to the pharmacy counter, even if there is no one else in line, they don't acknowledge you in any way even though there are several people working in the pharmacy area. The CVS pharmacy staff is much more responsive and they don't act like serving their customers is an inconvenience.

Highly discourage anyone to get prescriptions here. I have had two, separate, auto-refill prescriptions cancelled without notice because they were “out of stock.” And in case you were not aware of their policy; after 5 days, if they cannot order your much needed and highly anticipated medication, they cancel the order along with your refill and you will not be notified. They don’t care!
Pharmacist, Stacy and Intern, Kevin lack any customer service etiquette.

Rude and passive aggressive pharmacist. There’s no place for personal remarks when you’re behind the counter. Keep your opinions to yourself, the customer doesn’t want to know what you think. You’re there to do your job.
Disorganized as well, in the last two weeks I had to make five trips to this pharmacy instead of just one, it’s like they plan to complicate things. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this pharmacy.

Super accommodating staff. They understood I couldn’t find my medication and got me a refill in 20 minutes. Great people at this location I definitely recommend!

I have gone to this pharmacy since December 2007. I've gotten a million prescriptions here and have NEVER one single time had any problems. I particularly think that Stacy and Sarah are great!!!

Other than they are in walking distance to my apartment the personality needs work . They give off the attitude that they are being put off by having to help you . Not willing to go out of their way to help with an insurance or doctor conflict. When I talk to them on the phone they just hang up ; without saying goodbye, or have a good day , or thanks for choosing our pharmacy over all the others . . I literally feel like I must walk on egg shells when I need to ask a question. Maybe they are over-worked or they don’t like working there , but they need to hire more pharmacists and don’t let the customer suffer !

The people are nice, but I do not like that I get text messages saying my prescription is ready to fill type 2 to fill, and then get a message back saying sorry we cannot refill your prescription. When I call they say they will order my prescription and have it there the next day, half the time they forget to order it so I have to come back.

Required to wear a mask, which is fine, but we have to go in and out separate doors when there is no side walk to walk to your car safely and then when I try and leave your cart boy gets in my face when I’m two feet away from the door, saying I can’t go out that way. I’ve seen people fall and almost get hit in your parking lot, and your making it even more dangerous. Masks are for everyone’s protection, and if we are social distancing, there is no need for the separate doors.

4pm on a Friday and the Deli was closed. One cashier. No help at the customer service desk. Can you please offer people more money or whatever it takes to staff your store? I'm done shopping here.

A very quiet place to shop with less people....however I shopped today during their senior hours. Very conscious of maintaining my 6 foot parameter, not all people did. One particular person came very close to me while checking out. I would suggest signs indicating the six foot space and lines on the floor showing the distance to be maintained. Also, there were no wipes to clean the carts. Otherwise, I do enjoy this store.

My family barely ever uses the pharmacy, but when we do we go here. They were very helpful in finding us discount coupons and they always fill prescriptions very fast.
