Becareful buying ground beef at Giant Eagle, because it usually goes bad a day before it says it should. I just had to throw away 3 LBs of it because it was brown inside and had a bad smell

Not as big or extensive as many other Market District locations, but this place gets the job done. They nearly always have what I need. I do wish they had open registers and not just self checkout available.

employee morale is very low, lets front end coordinators pick favorites, and who they don't like.. they don't just ignore, they disrespect, management does nothing to make the situation better, or feel less hostile, management makes false accusations about employees and then denies making the comments to save face, store manager just takes other managers at their word without investigating the accusation, and hourly employees are then made out to be the bad person, I think you get the idea.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T SHOP here or WORK HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. ANYWHERE ELSE.
My previous review was deleted so they can save face. Yes I'm giving them 1 star but if I could, I would give them 0 stars.

I shopped this evening and brought some frozen yogurt, and the white older guy followed me around the store, I’m assuming he’s the manager on duty, because he was present when it was time for me to check out. . I felt very uncomfortable, but the cashier was very pleasant to me. I normally shop in the mornings or afternoon, but today I was racially profiled. He needs to retire if he looks at color first. This is a diverse community.

Go here all the time. Most employees are excellent. The mask wearing emo girl at the self checkout needs to not work in customer service however. She was very unpleasant

Rob, the store manager and staff, are very helpful and polite. The prices are high, but Rob and his team are delightful.
