Out of all the positives , one stuck out to me ; the cart rolls so sleek on the floor . Other stores , I have to be the most noise because of the super janky buggies. Haven’t then here in years and only visited because of the flash food app( platform that allows you to pick up items at extreme discounts of things that aren’t selling or close to expiration dates, Everything was fresh by the way)The shopping experience was a positive one and I was happy to locate a huge cereal sale & other items at great prices . Checkout employees were helpful to 😉, excited to come back thanks !!
I’ve been here a few times since the original review and loving it even more . As if the savings are great enough, they can be maximized by using apps such as Ibotta & Upward!! 🙌🏽

Kudos to Britton Bakery staff…consistently friendly & helpful. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to cake decorator, Stephanie F! We recently ordered a 1/4 sheet cake to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with family, including our wedding photo. Stephanie did a fantastic job decorating our cake! Everyone loved it. Plus, the almond with buttercream icing was delicious!!!!!!!! Many thanks!!!! Jan G

Absolutely disgusted with one of your workers.
My father, a disabled Vietnam veteran went shopping by himself in the evening this past week. There were no check out lanes open, only self check out. He asked for assistance as he has never used one before. A younger mid 20s brunette worker told him it was “inconvenient” to assist him.
How embarrassing for this community. Not only is he a disabled veteran he is part of the elderly population that is not accustomed to self check outs. I have been a patron of Giant Eagle for years but am considering going elsewhere now. My mother called upset and was blown off by management, the worker lied to cover herself. Do better.

I have been so very pleased with this location and the catering department. Karlie Kelly has been a true blessing, this girl really knows her job ! The help she has given is over the top , costumer service 100% , I am so lucky i have had the pleasure working with this young lady twice now . The chicken was amazing both times, i will most definitely be back:)
