It is great to use the app and book your spot ahead of time. That way you do not have to wait in line. It is nice that they always have your last haircut in the computer system. So you know exactly what you got last time and it can do the same thing without you asking or telling them what to do. Of all their hair products are very good. I always get them to put something in to see if I like it. If I do you can buy it right there. The staff are usually friendly and helpful.

The manager of the store is not a people person, and very rude to and infront of customers..... does not accept great clips specials from their web site!!!

The best haircut when I go to other great clips, obviously got a different stylist to cut my hair and I may get the hair cut I want or close enough. It is not easy get get it right the first time you visit a new location, unless you're Monica I could not believe it was just what I wanted. I'm definitely coming back to this locatio, don't get me wrong I've always been a great clips customer.

The last 3 times I’ve got a haircut the same person did a terrible job. The first 2 times someone had to take over and finish but this time it was too busy for anyone to step in.
I don’t know how they are still employed. I will avoid this great clips going forward. Everyone else at this location has always done a great job, I don’t have a difficult haircut. I just cant keep being disappointed with something as simple as a haircut.

I used to go to this place. But now don't go to this place. The guy who cuts my hair does not have any experienced.He is shaking his hands all the time. He cut my neck. He blows all hair on my clothes. I am not recommending this place now.

Horrible haircut but the lady had a nice attitude. She asked for help but if you don't know how to cut a certain style of hair. From the beginning, it's best to ask for someone more experience to cut that person's hair and you shadow them, so you can learn from them. Do not keep going I'm cutting hair trying to fix it when you don't know how.

Showed up at 7:07pm, sign says open, hours on door says open, two people getting their haircut, one worker at the register... Was told "we're closed". It's not hard to turn off a sign. So sad.

Emma was terrible. She did not listen when I told her what I wanted. I had to explain multiple times. I also asked for layers and my hair looks choppy. when I told her that I didn’t like it it needs blended better. She told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and refused to fix it. It was a simple trim. I would recommend walking out if that is the “stylist” you get.
