Hayden Run Animal Lodge is a place where dogs are safe, well taken care of, and very excited to visit. The team is professional, genuinely caring, attentive, and super helpful, going above and beyond to make dogs comfortable. The facility is extremely clean, orderly, and well-maintained with multiple levels of security. They never overlook details or make mistakes in accommodations. The staff is small and consistent, indicating happy employees. While they do not offer web cameras for owners to watch their dogs, they do have camera monitoring for staff in addition to frequent in-person rounds. The web interface is a breeze to use. Their communication is supportive, though they have limited capacity and can be full on high-volume holidays. Dogs love to spend the night and come home tired. Owners feel their minds are at ease, knowing their dogs are in good hands in a safe, loving, and fun environment, treated in the same manner as at home. Hayden Run Animal Lodge is highly recommended and a place owners will definitely use again.

The team at Hayden Run Animal Lodge was outstanding! Caring and professional. I knew that my two dogs got lots of walks and hugs. I strongly recommend the lodge and will be using them in the future.

Great experience. Super nice and friendly people. My dog Korra was excited to meet everyone; she doesn’t know a stranger. And usually makes sure she gives hugs and kisses. She got a bath right before coming home and I was so glad she smelled good without being perfumed. Thanks for the photo and card after!

First time boarding our dogs here. The process on the website was seamless and our dogs were well taken care of. Best part is we received some pictures in the mail after their stay. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
