I have been with Dr. Heinlen for almost 20 years now. She is a very caring physician. She takes the time to discuss and explain all concerns and is a great listener. She cares for her patients both physical and mental health. The office staff is always friendly and caring as well. If you need an urgent appointment they always try to accommodate as soon as possible. I highly recommend Hilliard Family Medicine.

I went for my second visit for the follow-up. To find out that I have stomach infection. And Dr Jeu told me he was going to give me antibiotics to cure it.At the very end of the visit, I asked him if he's going to write me a prescription for antibiotics and he said NO. That he wanted to test me one more time to make sure. Its been over a month and I have had no response, including trying to contact the office to find out what is going on...NOTHINGSo, after printing out my lab results this week. I took it to CVS MinuteClinic, And got my antibiotics there.I'm definitely going to find a new doctor.......

Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was told at reception, despite no communication at all prior about it, that I had to be there 30 minutes prior to my appointment. This was not stated during the initial call, during the pre check in online, nor in the reminder texts. Absolutely awful establishment, get an appointment somewhere else.

DO NOT make a Covid booster Appt for at this office! They do not respect your appointment and will give your vaccine booster to someone else. I made an appointment on January 10th for Jan 17th. I made this appointment 7 days later because I was told the office was short staffed and couldn't take appointments the week of the 10th. However today (January 17th) I was called and notified that my appointment was canceled because they ran out of vaccines. What? How does that happen when I made an appointment? I am a regular patient at this office and was respectful/ patient that they were short staffed only to have this happen. Very disappointed. *Side note: My family and I were out of state for a kids activity but drove home thru the night to ensure I could make my appointment today.

Wow, the office staff is absolutely horrible. HORRIBLE. Good luck even scheduling an appointment!! I literally just now tried making an appointment, and I kept pressing the option to "schedule an appointment" it would ring for a second, and then give me the options again of what option to select. I absolutely could not get ahold of anyone. Want to pay a bill? Good luck doing that over the phone also. Dr. Efaw is a FANTASTIC doctor and I don't want to leave, but if I can't even schedule an appointment I can't trust this office for my healthcare.

I have been a patient of Dr. Watkins for many years and he is a great physician. He addresses all of my questions or if something doesn’t seem to be working he will make necessary changes or give suggestions of different treatment plans.

I highly suggest being seen at COPCP Hilliard Family Medicine. The physicians are compassionate and caring, before Hilliard Family Medicine joined COPCP they were not in network with my health insurance. The practice was very understanding and worked with me on payment arrangements and taking care of my balances without pressure or harassment. I have recommended my entire family (which are active patients now) and my friends to this practice. If you believe in excellent patient care I highly suggest seeing any of the physicians of the practice.

I totally agree with Chad Harris's review. I very much like Dr. Efaw, but the office is horrible. You've got 3 options, none include speaking to a live voice, and if you choose one of the options, no one answers and no one returns your call. Since they are now owned by Central Ohio Primary Care, their website says to contact Hilliard Family Medicine for a login and password for the new portal. Good luck with that. I'm seriously thinking of switching to a place more responsive.

I just moved back to Ohio from Arizona. I needed a doctor, and was recommended to this place from a Facebook page. I am glad I listened. I was able to get in quickly and see a doctor. Dr Miller was great, and listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. I had a blood draw, and two days later Dr Miller called me to let me know the results and had already taken care of sending in a prescription we had discussed based off of the blood results. When I had a question I called and left a message. Dr Miller's assistant is friendly, and knowledgeable as well. She called me back within 24 hours of my initial call. She was very positive and friendly as I asked several questions. If she did not know the answer she put me on a brief hold and went and asked the doctor directly. It wasn't a waiting game of back and forth over a few questions like I had experience with a previous doctors. I would recommend this place, as I have been very impressed and happy with my results.

Dr. Efaw has been great but how they're running the office staff is terrible. Some things you can chalk up to Covid 19 but not everything. They don't answer the phone anymore and work off voicemails. They don't seem capable of adapting to the new way of life currently where most other businesses have had people work from home and still be able to route calls to home based staff. I wish they would put a little more effort into being more efficient and available.. Covid shouldn't affect that.

Dr. Ju needs to be investigated for malpractice. I have talked with way too many people and they have all been misdiagnosed by Dr. Ju. I was a patient of his for a couple years and during my visits he would talk a lot about himself. What should be a 15 minute appointment becomes 45 because he talks so much. I went in for an ear infection (I get them a lot) and he barely looked at my ear and said it wasn’t infected. He then spent the next 30 minutes talking about random things. I then went to Colorado and was enduring intense pain. We stopped at an urgent care and the CNP looked at my ear and within seconds saw that it was extremely infected. He cost my poor family extra money that we don’t have.He undermines mental health issues, according to Dr. Ju if you just think happy thoughts your neurotransmitter imbalance will be cured. I’m not going to share exactly what he said to me but it was incredibly inappropriate. I immediately asked for a different doctor after that.If you need a family doctor then I recommend Ohio health family doctors or OSU. I have never had problems with anyone else, just this practice. Also, whoever is in billing is extremely rude. She said that it was rude of me to ask if the nurse practitioner cost less than a MD... I hope she knows that when i went to PT and asked if the PT assistant was cheaper they didn’t flat out call me rude, like you did, they know that’s a valid question. You also made me feel bad because I couldn’t afford a 30 dollar bill and because of you, the woman in billing, you completely lost my business.Edit: this place is about to be sued because my dad had symptoms of a stroke and Kara, the CNP, did not bother evaluating for a stroke and instead thought it was COVID. He had an extreme headache, followed by no taste or smell the next day. These are literally symptoms of a freaking stroke. How are you guys legally allowed to practice? You can’t diagnose and you’re apparently too lazy to do your jobs.

The staff is great and helpful. I never wait long either in the waiting room or on the phone. They answer the phone quickly and are responsive to what I need. The NP I see is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue going to this practice.

I’ve been coming here for years. Doctor Efaw has always been great. The front desk staff has always been great. He has a very kind and sweet Medical Assistant. Highly recommend Doctor Efaw and his staff.
