I placed an online order for a Birthday Cake for my daughter on 7/24/2024. On Friday the day of the pickup I called to say I would be late picking up the cake . They acted like they didn't even know I had placed the order online she had to go get the supervisor to see where the order was. Then she comes back to the phone and she tells me to give her what the cake was to look like because they no longer do characters or anything anymore. I can clearly see why after I saw the cake. I got to the Kroger at 7:30 p.m. and was chewed out by the lady for showing up late for the cake she said they were getting ready to close. I had ordered a round cake with white icing,purple roses and orange writing on the top. It was the most horrible looking cake for decoration I had ever seen. When I got to the car my son laughed at it and wondered why I ever took it. Do not order a cake here ever.

Regarding the manager, don’t scream at your employees across the store then openly talk about what happened in front of customers. Bad image and bad attitude in front of your shoppers

In Ohio for a few days so I had to go to Kroger for the first time. I was surprised with the big selection of products. They even have Taylor Port Wine which I rarely ever find in grocery stores. The prices aren’t crazy and they have good sales. Now I wish Florida had a Kroger ?

I use the kroger for the US Bank to make deposits and get cash for the restaurant that my partner is the General Manger.
The staff are amazing and friendly. They know what they are doing as well.

This is Kroger is constantly out of staple items. Their replacements for mobile orders are just awful. Kroger has gone hard down hill.

Stopped at the deli around 3:30 on 3/29/24.
Lot of attitude from the new girl. Claimed she was "spacey" today and couldn't remember the order I had just placed with her 10 minutes prior. Her coworker then chimes in with "give her a break she's new", blah, blah, blah. I've worked in customer service and it is hard and maybe this new girl and her Supervisor? needs more training in how to deal with the public. I don't need to shop at Kroger, there are plenty of other options around me where customer service is valued.

We really like their birthday cakes, especially the whipped frosting ones. Went to order a birthday cake for my wife and was told they would not be able to do it due to a staffing shortage. This is one of my wife's favorite cakes but had to let her know I couldn't get it. Please be aware of this if you go to order a cake.

Kroger Hilliard is actually a pretty decent Kroger. Much better than a Kroger Market Place.
