“These reviews are ridiculous. It's a discount cleaning service and they're good at what they do. If you want a premium cleaning service then you have to pay premium prices. If you work and just need your shirts and slacks cleaned and pressed this place is perfect. The only thing they could improve on is their hours.”

“Pierce has been a Columbus institution for almost a century, and their success is well deserved. As a millennial who doesn’t wear suits I don’t have a lot of call for dry cleaning, but I recently used their wash and fold service. I dropped off my laundry at around 7 am and it was ready for pick up by 12:30 pm. You can’t beat that for service, and their staff is friendly and polite.”

“Neighborhood Dry Cleaners is my highest recommendation for dry cleaning and alteration services! I have tried and tested many other businesses in Columbus, but nothing tops the high-quality care and professionalism of Neighborhood Dry Cleaners ownership and staff.Bring your business here!”

“This coin laundry place is usually clean and has enough machines. Free Wi-Fi is available, which might explain why the cost is a little high. Regardless of that, it is my favorite coin laundry on the North of Columbus. The machines work on quarters and most washers also accept cards.”

“Fast. Friendly. And conveniently located between two great food places!. I'll be stopping in to have my suit pants taken out a few inches before I pick up some cookies and a large pizza pie!”

“I chose Dublin Cleaners to dry clean and preserve my wedding dress and veil. When dropping off my gown, the employee was really kind and helped me decide which cleaning method was best for me. On my wedding day it rained, so my dress did have a small amount staining on the bottom that wasn’t able to be removed… very understandable though. The box/packaging was very nice and sturdy. I highly recommend Dublin Cleaners. All the employees I interacted with were great and the service was top notch.”

“Northwest Cleaners is my go-to spot for dry cleaning, I can't say enough good things about it. Every visit is delightful and feels like catching up with a friend. The owner is incredibly sweet and nice. The quality of their work is top-notch. My clothes always come back looking like they just stepped out of the store. The owner goes above and beyond and tries her best to get out even the toughest stains. Pricing – hands down, the best in the neighborhood. Oh, and the tailoring work? Excellent. The owner is not just focused on getting your clothes pristine (though they absolutely nail that part). The owner always has fantastic suggestions hidden gems in town to check out.The dry cleaner is one of the best part of the Northwest neighborhood. Five stars, no doubt.”

“This was my first time using Dale Cleaners and I am most impressed. All of the shirts I needed cleaned came back perfectly pressed (no unwanted creases). Less than three dollars a shirt!”

“The washers and dryers are really cheap. That's the #1 thing I love about this laundromat. I love how my clothes come out and how I can just come here and leave with great feedback. The washing machines will charge about 50 or 75 cents more only on how you set them to wash but it's all good.”

“Prices very fair. $2.50 wash and 1.50 dry for two loads. Very clean with bathrooms. Since it is a cleaners also there is someone on site during business hours. Machines worked great. There are plenty so the few out of order were no problem at all. Staff friendly. Highly recommend”

“Family owned and friendly staff. Clean equipment. Maybe 2 or 3 machines out of order . They offer 4 different size washers...... one load ($4), 3 loads ($6), 4 loads ($8), and 5 loads ($10). Run time is about 25 minutes. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. 3 loads fit in a dryer and clothes were dry in 20 mins. Tide powder detergent is available for sale $1.25 for 1 load and Snuggle dryer sheets (2) for $1. All machines take quarters only but there is a change machine there that will take 1s 5s 10s & 20s. They even have a plastic dish to put your quarters in, which is very helpful when you get 80 of them!! I've been there a few times and there were only 2 or 3 other people there so it is definitely not busy. Last wash is 6:30 but I would go earlier because I've seen them closed at 6:15.”

“I was there on a Saturday morning and the lady was very helpful and kind. I haven’t been to a laundromat in years. The only thing is it’s all coins they do have change there. It would be nice to be able to swipe your credit card and use the washing machines but again it was the old-school laundromat and I had a great experience.”
