I would give zero stars if possible. I went Saturday to get my nails done and a pedicure. The staff doesn’t speak in English to each other, but didn’t realize I speak 7 languages, lived in Asia over 10 years. They talked horribly about the customers, mentioning people that were overweight, not liking to do Black people’s feet, and mentioning that they never tip! I feel it was really atrocious behavior. I will never return and will let everyone know!

Horrible. Prices posted are not correct. When I called after my daughter came home with a 91 dollar charge on my card they said -“ she should have read the sign on the front door”. When I asked who reads signs on doors let alone kids- they told me I shouldn’t have let my kid go to a nail salon unattended and she should have been accompanied by an adult. When I said she was 17, they told me she should have known that they charge extra for shaping and length. I asked them if they let her know it was an extra charge - they said everyone knows that. Idk if this is true - I don’t get manicures.
They were so rude on the phone. Be careful. It to look at the website. They said - it’s wrong. Don’t pay attention to it.
Ok? Why is it attached to your Google address?
Do you not know how to set up business details in Google?

Received a mani and pedicure the day before a special event. Waste of 80$.
Had several chips BEFORE event, despite wearing gloves!!!!
Now, the next day, the chips , at 36 hours, are up to 11 chips.
Hugely disappointed and a waste of 80$.
Please avoid this watered down inferior product!!!!!!

Hello I been going to this place for about 4 years I always go see a lady name My but recently found out she know longer there but I continue to still go but yesterday I receive the most disrespect a gentlemen that was doing my nails my naturals nails which I was ONLY getting a mani w gel polish. This man didn't know what he was doing at ALL he remove my gel from previous and did not do my cuticle or trim my nails or around my nail no cuticle oil no hand massage just put some clear polish on my nails and polish which made it all lumpy and crease lines I told him they look horrible and not satified he remove the gel but got upset and said I should of got fake nails he could do better I told him I couldn't cause of my job so he goes on and on I explain why I couldn't get fake long nails so I told him I always come here and get gel mani with no problem so he ask Long and Tom both said no and the manager the lady got upset cause I told her they wasn't right she get mad and move her hand as like go away and they wanted me to leave I left without my hands done and brittle nails cause he drilled too hard and skin on fire bad part couldn't get all gel off in the crease of my nails. Never going back there to rude and disrespectful they always mad there I wish My was still there they lost a good worker.

I had an appointment for a gel pedicure for myself and my 3 year old daughter. After the nail tech sat infront of me first I asked if he could do my daughter’s toes first because she is 3 and I don’t know how long she will want to sit there. Her dad was going to take her to the store while I got mine done. The manager came over and told me their policy is to do my pedicure first and if I wanted my daughters done first the nail tech would do a different persons nails now then come back to us later. We left and decided to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

Stylist: It was my first time there and the stylist was not pleasant and wouldn't even bother asking me if I like the color.
The color I ended up having was not close to what I wanted. Will never ever go back .

I went in to get my eyebrows done today around 4 o’clock as a walk-in. There was no wait. Anne did such a great job. I always have trouble because my brows are thick naturally but I want them thinner. This is the best they have looked in years! Very happy

Worst experience ever. I've had bad experiences at nail salons but this one won them all. I usually get pedicures but don't really get my nails done, maybe once every few years if that, and I don't normally get color. So I don't really have "nail education". I get in there and it was great at first. I asked for regular nail polish and three coats so it covered my nail well. I didn't know regular nail polish drys slower than gel nail polish. The woman led me to the drying area, put my stuf next to me, told me to let my nails dry and walked away to her next client. After 5-10 minutes, I walked away and noticed the top of my nail polish was dry, but the polish was moving underneath. I was going to leave it but my friend, who introduced to this place said that wasnt normal. We talked to the person up front and she said I should have stayed under the fan for 30-40 minutes! I told her my nail tech never told me that and she said "you're supposed to know that." I told her I didn't really get my nails done so I didn't have to know that. I asked for a discount and she said "we don't give discounts." She tried to get my nails tech to fix my nails but she was already with another customer. The lady up front offered to fix my nails and My friend told me to get gel nail polish as it drys faster. I did that and still had to pay an extra 15 dollars! I get I would need to pay extra for gel, but no discount or accountability of their screw up. Needless to say this is the first and last time I ever go here!

I called to ask if they would do my daughter's nails. She is 3 years old. They told me yes, made her wait 45 minutes to tell her no because she isn't old enough when the sign says 8 & under. I do not recommend. & when they do nails they are not sanitary. The man went outside shaking out the old nails and continued doing another woman.
