I had Robert for my massage. This man was either on drugs or insanely tired. He nodded out on me during my session more times than I could count. I thought at first it was part of his technique like a slow resting pressure or something? until I turned face up and watched him fall asleep and jump himself awake and check if I noticed what happened. It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable. I asked for the management team to give me a call and never heard from them. They do not care for the wellbeing of their clients or their employees. And if they do, it hasn’t been proven.

Pam was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and really helped get some of the knots out of my back. The front desk was also super friendly and helpful. I felt really safe / relaxed at this location!

Front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My massage therapist is amazing. She listens to what I need and always checks that the pressure is what I want. I always leave feeling better.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a super friendly staff. The ladies behind the counter was super polite and ran over the consultation again to make sure I knew what I was getting. She then proceeded to tell me that my therapist was a medium/firm specialist and asked if that was ok and if I wanted to proceed. Once that was all over, the kind receptionist guided me to the tranquility waiting area which was very inviting and relaxing. From there I met with my therapist Chelsea. From the get go Chelsea was very polite and very welcoming. She told me yet again her massage type and said if it was too much to let her know and she would do her best to relieve the pressure. But, let me tell you Chelsea is mighty mouse. Tiny charming lady but man was she strong. Tiny but mighty is what she said lol. She hit all the areas i discussed and left me feeling like a million bucks. A little sore but that is normal when getting a firm deep tissue massage. From here on out as long as she is working there I will be requesting her. Absolutely 💯 percent satisfied. I recommend 100 stars for Chelsea if firm pressure is what you need. I am a City Carrier for postal service and she already knew pinpoints for my pain. Good job lil' mighty mouse!!!

Did a couples massage with Jamie and Ryan - excellent deep tissue/ firm massage. Ryan really focused on the areas that were bothering me and fixed many knots. Amazing experience!

I am truly in disbelief over the awful experience I just had at Massage Envy Hilliard. First off, I want to say the lady who works upfront is very nice. Robert, however, ruined my entire morning. I had been looking forward to this massage all day yesterday. He was extremely rude, awkward, and appeared to not even know where he was or what he was doing. When he came to get me from the waiting room, he just stared at me which prompted me to say “hello, I’m Laura, are you Robert?” He then took me back to the room, gave me absolutely no direction, and said “alright, face down” and left the room. Having only one other massage experience in my life a few years back, I felt extremely uncomfortable, unfamiliar, and frankly unwelcome. I stepped out of the room to find Robert and I wasn’t successful. I found another employee who was able to help me and explain things to me. When Robert came back I apologized and stated he didn’t really give me any direction. He again, basically just stared at me, told me he was “out of it” and that I was “his first client of the day,” to which I said “you know what, this is not a good vibe so I’m going to go.” I’ve been in so much pain all week and I was looking forward to this so much. I was holding back tears as I walked out because I was so angry and so let down. I will never return to this place. Assuming this man isn’t developmentally disabled, it’s shameful you allow this to continue.

This location is my go-to when it comes to getting a quality massage. The staff is always so friendly from the moment you step in until the moment you check out. I've seen several therapists here for a variety of services (massages, facials, and microdermabrasion) and have always been pleased. Each one brings a different element to their service. I most recently had a massage with Emile and it was wonderful! He was very attentive to my requests for areas of focus and pressure level. It was such a calming experience and I left feeling rejuvenated. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for some self-care!

I have had wonderful experiences here. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with happy and engaged front desk employees. Mr. Emile is one of the best massage therapists around. He is attentive to your preferred pressure as well as your specific requests. I always feel very comfortable with him. He’s never shorted me on time. The check out process is also seamless. I’ve never had an issue with booking another appointment. I would recommend this location to everyone!
