I had a great experience with McQueen Tire & Auto! I was considering Goodyear tires, and Riley steered me to a solid alternative choice that saved me some money. He went over the other tires’ reviews with me and found me an appointment time quickly that enabled me to take advantage of an existing rebate offer. And my car was done in just about 2 hours. I also biked home from there and to there to get my car back and he went out of his way to very graciously help me with my bike so I could get the front tire on and off to fit my bike in my car. I will definitely come here again for future tire needs and I recommend them!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Riley was responsive, knowledgeable, and kind, and he serviced my vehicle extremely quickly while keeping me updated. Appointment set up and drop off were simple, and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service!

I had my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced by Riley. I am very impressed by this business. They got me in fairly quickly, got the job done in a timely manner, and the price was very fair. I will be back next time I need a repair and highly recommend this business.

In a nutshell they were honest, fast, and fair. Gave me a quote up front and stuck with it. I got brakes and rotors done on my 2020 fusion hybrid and was shown that since I have an electric parking brake like most newer vehicles that they had to be reset with the computer. It was a very informative lesson since I didn't know you couldn't just shove the calipers back like normal. They work on appointments only, so call ahead.

Quick and responsive service to repair and patch a tire. Was able to get me in last minute and his work was excellent. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.

Riley was very helpful and responsive. He explained all the steps and options and helped me understand the drivers of cost for the recharging of the coolant for my air conditioner. Super fast and friendly, too!

Best in town! If you have been looking through the Google reviews trying to determine if the person or company that you’re about to use for their services, you need to look no further. Riley is amazing and really good at his job. He will make sure that you fully understand the process as he has amazing customer service skills. Your car is going to be in tiptop shape when it leaves his shop. I believe that he is one of the best mechanics in Columbus and If you leave it with him he’s going to quote you a fair price and it’ll be completed timely. Those quantities are important when you are trying to keep you car working properly and on the road!

He had all the things that are important to me: he scheduled me quickly, described the problems in a way I could understand, explained the recommended course of action (incl. prices), and critically, solved the car issues.
