It’s very rare for car service experiences to be pleasant. This Midas location somehow pulls it off. The employees seem to really like their job and treat people kindly and fairly. They are honest with work that needs to be done vs what can wait and the prices can’t be beat. It doesn’t hurt that they are in the same shopping center as two great restaurants.

Often use this location, the workers are phenomenal! Never had a problem, will always be my go to place for repairs.

Came in for back pads and rotors. Arrived here at 10:30 this morning and was told there were 2 vehicles in front of me. It is currently 2:25 and they have yet to pull the car in. Several people and cars have come and gone. The tech said they were waiting on brake fluid to arrive. THERE IS A PARTS STORE IN THE SAME PARKING LOT. I could have walked to and from the advanced auto in less than 5 min. It took over 45 minutes for the fluid to arrive. Mind you the vehicle is still sitting exactly where I parked it. They haven’t ordered the pads or rotors yet or even began the diagnostic. I would not come here if you expect timely service. The midas on west broad is much MUCH faster. I used to believe in Midas but today is not there day I guess.
Update: it’s 5:30 and I’ve finally got the car back. Rear pads & rotors and 1 caliper $1000 later. This was all on a 2007 Chevy.
2nd update: I have responded to Midas corporate (14 days later) and have yet to receive a receipt for service or a response from them at all. Again, I do not recommend.

I was given an estimate to have the full work done. At this time, I opted for just the freon to my car and will have the leaking condenser done at a later date. The personnel were very personable, understanding and efficient. I will recommend Midas to my friends when they need auto repair.

called in the early afternoon and spoke with staff about coming in later that evening. They let me know they were busy, but could probably get me in and scheduled me for around 5 PM. I got there late because of work, but they still took me and had my car done within 20 minutes. Great customer service will definitely back and DEFINITELY recommend.

Tim! An amazing guy. I don’t know how he greets and serves everyone while working on cars, answering the phones and remembering what each customer needs.
Today I received a free service ( not my first) while he was making sure an employee received medical care for an eye injury. He updated each person on their vehicle, explaining the possible delay.
One day, he gave my young, adult daughter a life lesson about buying a used car along with a pep talk about finishing high school and finding gainful employment! We really appreciate you, Tim. ?

Every visit is the same. Great service and great people. They really care about you and your vehicle. It's nice to find a repair shop that actually wants you as a customer. The manager is awesome. Always makes you feel good when you leave.
