I have had issues with ear infections over the past 35+ years. When in and waited about 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Then was made to feel I was making up the amount of pain I’m in due to early stages of an ear infection. Only went here to try and bypass waiting 2+ days for my doctor. At least she did call in a prescription but couldn’t even get it until the next day. I was told to pick it up tomorrow if I’m still in pain. I now have to sit another day at work, in pain waiting for 5pm to get my antibiotics. My last issue with this visit, insurance! I have 3 medical insurances on myself. I know how my plans work. She wanted me to pay a $20 co-pay when I’m definitely not responsible for that amount. I honestly will never go to this place again. I’ll just wait to get in to see my doctors that know me and how my body works. Thanks but no thanks. Good luck if you decide to visit this place ?

i didn’t actually get to see anyone, yesterday, because i had gotten there at a little after 7:30 and hadn’t made an appointment. had just been turned away from urgent care because their billing system was messed up and i had been going there for 2 years and now all of the sudden it showed that i had an unpaid claim from 2018 from michigan, where i had never lived, that i had to pay to be seen. which i refused to pay, obviously and now every other urgent care was about to close, but the minuteclinic was still open and 4 minutes away.
i high tailed it over there and was trying to sign up for an appointment, when a doctor came out with a patient and i told her that i really needed to be seen. she said she was sorry, that they were closing up. she did ask me what was wrong. i explained. she told me i should go to a different urgent care or the er, i explained to her why i no longer go to the ohiohealth er.
i told her that i literally only wanted for someone to check my pulse and my blood pressure, that was it. that’s all i needed. she truly seemed to care. she asked me if i was anxious, at that moment. i said yes. then she grabbed my wrist and took my pulse manually with her watch for me. she told me it was at 100, just a little above normal, which completely put my mind at ease. 100 is totally normal for me and that entire day i thought it was beating out of my chest, but i couldn’t tell.
i always go there for my flu shots and whatnot and they’re always very kind. but this doctor seemed vert genuine and even told me to come back and tell them how i was doing, which i’m sure is just something that they, “should say.” but it was a nice touch.
i would trust them with my non emergency medical needs in the future at this location. it’s nice when you find doctors who get invested in what you have to say and are actually listening to the words coming out of your mouth. ☺️

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to after my experience today. I saw Brooke, an NP, after a few days with some nasty cold/flu symptoms. She was kind and courteous, as well as extremely thorough in her assessment. She very easily could have checked my throat and ears and sent me on my way without guidance, but she did a strep and flu test to rule those out, and when they were both negative, she gave me guidance on what to do moving forward and warning signs of worsening infection. This truly felt like it was her own private practice with how thorough she was with her questions and how caring her demeanor was throughout the interaction. Not to mention, it had to be what was at the tail end of her day on a Friday, and being in healthcare myself, I know what that can be like. It can be hard to keep up the warm welcoming vibes, so much kudos to her and I highly recommend!

Don't allow them to do lab testing.I was told test would cost around $50. By Practioner.Received billing from Quest for not just the one test as expected but three. Quest charged me $103 twice and $178 for another.Minute Clinic and Quest are a scam. When I called M. Clinic they were soooo sorry there must be a mistake. After five phone calls, and referred back and forth, I was told to deal with it. I signed the paper allowing lab testing thinking only one lab result was needed but the paper gives them authorization to do as many lab testing as they want. Yep, you signed a blank check.

Can't call it a walk-in clinic if there is no option to walk in and wait to be seen. They only operate by appointment. I would have never bothered to go out of my way to them had i known.

Appointment at 4:20, arrive at 4:05, checked in by 4:10. It’s currently 5:06, the clinic closes at 5:30, haven’t been seen or spoken to by an employee. This is terrible.
