I hear they exploit elderly individuals with deceptive promises, often failing to deliver on their commitments. When payment becomes due, they issue unexpected, exorbitant bills for undisclosed charges that were never previously discussed. Their actions reveal a lack of competence and integrity, driven solely by greed, making them little more than money-hungry scammers

I picked up my Chevy Avalanche truck from the transmission shop. Later on the same day. The transmission was acting up 1st into 2nd gear jerking a little hard. I went to Harbor Freight and out of nowhere, I met this guy. I was worried about driving to my home which is 2 and half hours drive. So, he told me to follow him to his shop and I did. He hooked up on the computer checked everything out for me and cleared things out. Just you know it was after hours and he wasn't even supposed to be working and he was willing to do all that for me! He's the best! I drove it home and it was so much smoother! I coming back to this place and get everything tuned in soon! This is the best place to get your vehicle tuned. It's hard to trust anyone nowadays except this place!
I appreciate all his help!

We called a dozen or more shops that specialized in European vehicles to replace a serpentine belt and tensioner for our 3500 diesel Sprinter that is a Winnebago RV and nobody would touch it. This gentleman answered the phone and said he’d look for the parts. He found them and had it fixed by 7:30 pm the next day at a fair price. Having repairs done while traveling is always a little hairy but if every shop was like this one life would be easier.

Unfortunately I've never been here. I was strung along for over 3 months trying to get my truck in to do some custom work. I would call every few weeks to see how long it would take. He's never answered the phone, ever. You have to leave a voicemail and wait for him to call you back. Eventually, he just stopped responding to me and I haven't heard from him. Thanks for the wasted months of my time. Would have appreciated a simple "no" or "I don't have the time".

The owner of this shop is a great guy. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. It seems like he really cares about his customers. In addition, he kept me from making a 15k dollar mistake. I will definitely be going back and I urge anyone who needs a pre-purchase inspection or work done on their current vehicle to go to him. Couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

I was pretty much at laith’s shop all day Friday waiting for a simple catback exhaust put on my 2017 gmc Denali 1500, he’s very knowledgeable in the automotive business and all in all a genuine, good, mechanic. We shared and talked about stuff while I was and I couldn’t have felt more at ease to be pleased about taking my truck to him! It’s just him so just stick and conversant he’s knowledgeable in and out of automotive life!

So let me just say I have a 2011 2ss Camaro that has had a cylinder 1 misfire for almost a year after thousands to try to fix it and shop after shop even the dealership who said it was “fixed” and wasn’t not even 10 min down the road just to turn back around and drop it back off! This had to of been my best experience this past year I highly recommend 100/10 not only did this guy help within budget he educated me on my issues and fixes but he fixed it right even the problems the other shops caused and made worse not in weeks or months he fixed it in 2 days! His customer service is exceptional as well as his automotive skills this guy don’t pitter patter around or try to scam you into a job you don’t need done he gets in there and gets it done without the long waits if your looking for repairs or performance that will be done properly and then given the knowledge on every detail that was done and why… this is your guy he don’t just tell you he fixed it he explains the problems and explains the fixes and don’t charge for unnecessary repairs!! Highly would recommend!!! Don’t waist your time and money on any other shop around!!! I will be back for any other issues I have from here on out.

I brought my car in for work recently.It's kind of a mess; it's an MR2 I bought in bad condition and swapped a Celica 2zz engine into myself, which the MR2 never came with from the factory. I had an aftermarket exhaust and intake, as well as a JDM ECU with a different tune versus the USDM one.Most places I called wouldn't work on it due to the engine, parts and chassis all being from different cars. You can't just do what the dealership manual says to do, you have to actually know how the things work to make them work together, and most places didn't want the headache.It needed lots of little things gone over to run right, and I thought it might need a head gasket. It also sat for a year while I saved up for the HG job.Laith went over the car, sorted out all of the issues and got it running right, with fresh fluids. It turns out it didn't need a head gasket and he didn't try to convince me that it did.I also had an ECUMaster EMU Black aftermarket ECU, which was pinned for a Lotus 2zz, not a Celica 2zz. I didn't realize the pinouts were different until he asked me about it and I looked them up. He re-pinned it to match, and programmed a custom tune anyway. He stayed in contact the whole time and even pivoted on a couple of tuning requests that I came up with partway through.He's very knowledgeable and thorough, and is able to problem solve issues that most shops would balk at.Thats three years of struggling and frustration solved in a couple weeks. I'll be coming back for any future work.

Laith is the real deal. Helped me while I live states away with a diagnosis. Because of him we were able to pinpoint an issue that now can be resolved.This gentleman really knows his stuff and doesn't beat around the bush.

Laith performed a vehicle inspection and maintenance at my apartment complex despite it being after-hours for his usual schedule. I was surprised by his transparency concerning what was actually going on with my vehicle, his attention to small details, and his reasonable recommendations for improving my motor vehicle both among functional and aesthetic lines.
