Well I came in tonight to return one item and exchange another. Because I used a MC to purchase was told the refund would have to be on an ON gift card. Fine I said since I needed to pick up a couple of items anyway. I was asked my name and told to just let them know that when I came back up. Well I come back up with $100+ of stuff. Asked about the $10 and change that I was supposed to be credited for the return. The trainee (who was there for the conversation) acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and true manager pretended like we did not just have this whole conversation 15 minutes ago. He even said my name as I approached the register! I didn’t have the spoons to argue over $10 but I know better now. Make them hand me a gift card next time.

Was surprised they actually had some larger sizes in stock. Made for better shopping for my child. One of the staff was helpful in figuring out a sizing issue. The one employee working the dressing rooms gave my child a nice compliment. Unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed in stock. The staff working the register could not get my Old Navy card to work through their swiper, so checkout took longer than necessary (and they missed one of the security tags, they apologized, but it was not a big deal).

Old navy site will change your address on its own if it’s use to and don’t recognize the info you put in when talk to customer service they say sorry a thousand times and tell you that you have to wait two weeks for the money they took from you in less than a minute the customer service line also has foreigners answering the phone thats not a problem they just seem Uneducated about our countries way on doing transactions so they can not fully answer or help you affectively.

Morgan made the experience amazing! She truly talked to every single customer at the counter and seemed genuinely happy to be there and talked fashion with almost every customer while being fast pace and efficient! Keep it up!! Refreshing to have positive experiences anymore!

It's Old Navy. Not much has changed in the last 20 years. Okay clothes, okay sales. Dress the kids and get yourself a T-shirt ??
