Old navy site will change your address on its own if it’s use to and don’t recognize the info you put in when talk to customer service they say sorry a thousand times and tell you that you have to wait two weeks for the money they took from you in less than a minute the customer service line also has foreigners answering the phone thats not a problem they just seem Uneducated about our countries way on doing transactions so they can not fully answer or help you affectively.

Morgan made the experience amazing! She truly talked to every single customer at the counter and seemed genuinely happy to be there and talked fashion with almost every customer while being fast pace and efficient! Keep it up!! Refreshing to have positive experiences anymore!

If I could give ZERO I would ! I don’t even live in this area and have been to this location maybe 2x my entire life. My Son and Daughter in law was shopping in Hallmark for a special ornament it’s 2 doors down , I waited in my vehicle scrolling sales I seen Old navy had 50% off several items. I decided to go in. 3 customers were in the store including myself I grabbed a few kids items then grabbed a cart bc I had 3 pairs of boots to try on. I asked the associate where I could try on she said the fit room bench , I took my cart with items and 2 dresses and shirt. While I’m trying in someone has knocked on my door asking if someone is in my room I said yes. Litterally a second later someone yells “ Did you call the police on the shoplifter in the store “ I gathered my items and paid and left. I was literally watched and followed even when I went to my vehicle a short dark haired lady was staring , I waited 40 min , I wanted the police to show up and search my bags!! They never came I left ! They watch you and follow you if you are black or white!! Profiling customers is horrible I’m white and all the white workers were behaving this way except the cashier who checked me out and a beautiful African American girl who was helping me find a size. This store is in a high theft area and therefore you are judged even if you are a paying customer !! I called my cousin who has shopped at that location as well and described the same treatment from same associates!! Mind blowing !! Customer Service is Horrible!! They will never have to worry about my business!

They didn't have much of a selection for tweens. Great selection for adults, babies, and early elementary.

Really nice staff here at this location and they are setting up new fall arrivals. Clean, easy to shop, and the fitting rooms were managed well.

After receiving a gift I was unable to make an exchange. Further I was told to call a phone number to see "if" I could make the return, then I was told write a letter to see "if" I could make a exchange. I spoke with 6 people in all about a simple transaction. I understand having a receipt. But 1- this was a gift; 2- If you asked the person for the receipt and that didn't have it- why can't I make an exchange. I can understand returning something for current lowest price. This is beyond ridiculous!! So old navy, gap, athletica, banana republic all pay a 3rd party company to jerk you around. I went as far as contacting old navy to make a complaint. While doing so I asked the gentlemen what kind of feedback I would receive- his response- oh management doesn't respond to customer's

The items always ring up the wrong price. Don’t waste your money on this cheap clothing and poor customer service. I went to this location and had to contact the corporate office because of their staff. The manager was shaking because she knew her and her staff were racially profiling me. I told her they need diversity training.DEAR WHITE PEOPLE: NOT ALL BLACK OR WHITE PEOPLE STEAL. I would like a follow up phone call from the corporate office.
