First time going today for a gel fill and cats eye polish . The gentleman did a great job in a timely manner , was gentle and respectful. The nails look fabulous š ill be going here from now. And yes if you get a higher quality/fancy polish its going to cost more i spend 75 dollars every fill cause I get cats eye its what I like . Highly recommend š

EDIT 8/24/2025: 6 months later I thought I would give this place another shot at a pedicure. I paid $100 for an eyebrow wax and pedicure and I tell you what, I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. THE LADY CUT MY TOE AND IT IS SO SORE TODAY. I WALKED OUT OF THERE WITH ROUGH HEELS. I EVEN PAID FOR THE $65 PEDICURE IN HOPES TO GET A BETTER EXPERIENCE THIS TIME. You all really need to up your training and customer service. These reviews are horrible and makes your business look bad!
I thought I would give this place a shot at a pedicure. I've gotten gel manicures here and have always loved them. They were busy being Valentine's Day. The lady was sweet but I felt like she was in a hurry. My heels are ruff, my toenails are sharp, my cuticles werent cleaned up very good causing the polish to be far from my nail bed. I got my eye brows waxed but there are several hairs that wasn't waxed. Upset I paid $75 for this poor service.

I have been coming here for years and it has always been a good experience. Even while I was recovering from surgery they helped out and was accommodating.

āāāā The worst experience Iāve ever had at a nail salon.
I paid $110 for a gel manicure, and it started chipping in less than 10 days. Iāve had gel manicures at other places that lasted weeksāeven with housework and cleaning. This one barely made it through the first week. When I called to complain, the manager was rude, dismissive, and blamed me, saying it ādepends on what you do.ā Completely unacceptable.
I asked twice to speak to the owner, and the manager refused to let me. I donāt know if the owner is aware of how this manager is running the place, but if not, they should be. With this kind of management, your business is going downhill fast.
The manager is greedy, disrespectful, and clearly doesnāt value customers or stand behind the quality of service. All she seems to care about is taking your money. No accountability, no professionalism, no customer service.
Do not waste your time or money here. You deserve better for the prices they charge.

I do not get my pedicure done that often, but when I do go I go here for the past 15 years. They are magicians! Every time I go here, the techs are polite and professional.

The lady is by far the RUDEST! She rushes through every set & tells you what YOU should get as if youāre not the paying customer knowing your likes! She shooād me away when I asked for break down of tab because the older guy did my Fill in for more than the original Full set!? So I didnāt complain but I questioned she chimed in and told him donāt worry she already paid. THE ONLY ONE WITH COMMON COURTESY & value is the younger guy if you come here and like your stuff YOUR way, go to the younger guy normally in second chair. Older guy isnāt bad but he brushes some stuff off too but is durable the women attitudes suck which is already sad enough! My previous balance for pedi (overlay) & solar full set =100 so now today I got basic pedi and solar fill in for $124 ??? Please

Absolutely horrible experience my nails look terrible. The lady and the guy there was so rude didnāt even clean up. The polish on my nails was mad because the guy chose a horrible color. I would not recommend this place. Do not go here.!!! itās really sad that Iām giving them. This review service was not good at all. if I can give them zero, I would.

Ive been going to this nail salon on and off for a couple years now and its usually a good experience.but when I went today first off I had called yesterday to schedule an appointment with Joe which is the nail tech I always go to and the lady told me to come at 11am today.I got there right at 11am and I see that the nail tech had already had someone in his chair which he didnt get finished with her until around 11:30am and I had already been waiting for 30 mins at that point. im thinking that im next since I had already been waiting that long and my appointment was at 11am but no they have another customer sit in his chair and then he starts to do her nails and then him and another nail tech says to me he is almost finished talking about another nail tech and he can do your nails and mind you I didnt have an appointment with the person they were trying to get to do my nails. I wasnt going to have anyone do my nails and I wasnt going to continue waiting almost another hour for joe to get finished with the other customer when my appointment was scheduled for 11am so I left. this experience was terrible and I felt disrespected! I will never go back there again!!

I went in to get gel taken off and polish change, joe was the man who serviced me. Everything was going well, until I noticed there was some red polish on the side of my fingers and as he directed me to put my nails to cure In The lamp I asked him if he would remove the polish. Joes response was one of anger and disgust that I even questioned his judgment and he forcefully grab my hand to shove it into the curing lamp. I asked him not to pull my hand like that and he became even more upset saying it was me who questioned him and he know his job and again told me to put my hand in the lamp. He said if you want me to finish or get someone else. I felt so scared and embarrassed that the only way I could vent was sharing this incident online. Please do not use . Iām crying in my car because I feel so attacked that a man yanked my hand with force feels awful.

Two years ago I had left a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I have to change that now. I have come to this nail salon for 4 years, not because of consistency and quality, but convenience. The convenience no longer outweighs the lack of quality. Today was the worst itās ever been. I signed in to have a mani & pedi. I requested gel for both. Another nail tech confirmed I wanted gel on my toes. I told her yes, she said ok, gel on your toes. They sat me down and started just doing a polish change, not a pedicure. When I asked if she was going to put water in the basin she told me yes, but never did. Finally I asked if she was skipping the pedicure. Despite having signed in for a pedicure, she was just going polish change. She finished the pedicure and put regular polish on my toes. I asked if she was doing gel, and both techs acted like they had no idea we had that conversation three times. She cured gel polish on my skin, and when it didnāt come off with a file she used a cuticle trimmer to cut off skin to get the polish off. I didnāt stay for the manicure, after reading other recent reviews I was too worried they would cut my hands. Having visited this salon dozens of times over the past few years, I have to say this is my last visit.

Every time I have gotten my nails done here, they are super high quality, stay on for a month, and they look fantastic! Highly recommend Bo who did these gorgeous nails with the Harry Potter stars hand drawn!

I have been a loyal customer since their doors opened. Last visit I was stunned at the checkout experience. $50+ of add on fees to a service I expected to pay $94. The list of add on fees was shocking. New management? Maybe. Iām sad. I liked going there because the techs have always been very friendly and talented. The customer service at the register was such that I cannot return. Perfect Nails I know you can do better.
