Pet Palace Hilliard has been such a blessing! They are so friendly, organized, and most importantly, take such great care of my puppy! She comes home healthy, happy, and tired from playing with the other dogs. She is excited when I drop her off there. They even have a pool and hose now that it's getting hot--which my dog absolutely loves!! I highly recommend Pet Palace Hilliard for daycare and/or boarding. I have such peace of mind when Phoebe is in their care.

Pet Palace Hilliard is 5-stars across the board! I've been taking my boxer Kooper there for over a year and we both love it and the wonderful people that are true angels Kooper is a handful and I absolutely need to take him to see his favorite people (Leanna and Madison...and so many more!) that give him love and attention so I can get some work done! Highly recommend for anyone that needs daycare or boarding for their furry family member...he/she will be loved and cared for just as you would, which is why they're so amazing!

First time overnight boarding my kitty was a little heartbreaking, but Pet Palace made me feel comfortable knowing she would be taken care. The townhouse kitty condos are spacious and tall for climbing with plenty of things for my kitty to look at like the turtle tank and main lobby for entertainment.She did have an unusual bowel movement incident one night and was given a gabapentin the next morning(which I had brought in just in case of anxiety). My kitty is doing just fine third day back home, but I was not called/notified of the incident when it was discovered.

Love this Pet Palace. We've been in Dublin for about 3 years, and we use them for our boarding and grooming. The staff is always friendly and patient with our little one, Friday. Lisa is an awesome groomer. Friday is very pickie at his old age, and he always comes back to us super happy when they've had him for a while. As long as he's happy, that's all that matters.

Staff is friendly, helpful and it is clean. Dogs look pretty happy. I boarded my dog for the first time for 4 nights and like their day care. Dogs get to go outside. play group or you can have solo play with staff. If your dog has medication they will dispense it. I have only gone to the Hillard location.

I’m pretty sure my pups like the humans here more than us! Haha! The fact that they get so excited about coming back and don’t want to leave says it all!

We love this place! Miss Lisa is an amazing groomer, and the staff are so kind and sweet and just love on our dogs while they are there! We never worry about them!

Had to board our cat for a 10 day trip and he was so well cared for. I could tell the workers love their job and respect and love the animals. The cats had their own room, their cages were actually quite large and our cat had a window to the foyer and could watch people come and go(which coincidentally is his favorite activity). His fur felt good, he looked healthy and not at all stressed, and was very friendly with the worker lady who got him out of his cage. I am so impressed!

Incredible service the reps always show sincere interest in my pets. My dog literally dragged me in there this morning when I was dropping her off. I discussed her medical needs with them and they took extensive notes to make sure medication was applied properly.They treat my dog just as I would treat her and that means a lot!

Boarded for 5 days came home with a hoarse, dry cough for 5 more days. They did offer to give a credit if we had to take her to the vet.

We had our 11 year old pug , Layla boarded for a week. We are so happy she stayed there. It was a last minute decision and they had an opening.. so grateful. Pet Palace is so clean and looks like a happy place for your pet. Layla was happy there by her daily report card.. Thank You so much.. definitely recommend Pet Palace of Hilliard.

Unfortunately, I got dog pound vibes after leaving my dog for a week. Hours after dropping him off, I received a call on the backup number to verify some information then radio silence. Three days in WE called for a check-up and a picture. Again NO call, Email, or text. As a business owner, I see so much more potential. I would start by removing the $4 charge for "extra potty breaks". With all the other charges I believe they can do without that one. More training. The staff felt more AI than animal lovers. Want to experience the feeling of dropping your animal and the county pound, bring them here.
