If I could give 0 stars, I would. These bankers took advantage of me for years. I'd run to other banks if I were you, specifically this location is the worst.
I came in and asked for a high interest savings account years ago and they gave me a money market account. Looking at the table listed on their website, the interest rate is straight up garbage.
I'd very VERY seriously suggest banking elsewhere. SoFI has an above %0 high yield savings account by the way.

Very rarely nowadays do you get good customer service. This branch has yet to disappoint me! Every time I have went the workers have been more than helpful and super kind. Had the manager Howie help me today and he was absolutely incredible! Highly suggest banking here!!

First of all, I closed my Smart Access Account today! Too much hassle and incompetence from Corporate! Shout out to Timothy Parks at the Branch! 5 Stars for him! He went to Battle for me! Dedicated and courteous! He is Golden! Corporate and the Product itself are a Headache and absolutely unorganized, incompetent and Quacks!

Just moved all our business accounts to this bank. The team at the Hilliard location is one of the most professional and customer service oriented teams I have ever seen at a bank. They made it easy to move our accounts and helped us understand all the services they have available.

So I show up at 1:20 to set up a basic checking account. They told me not today it takes 45mins to an hour. It's never taken that long to set up a basic checking account anywhere else. They were laughing and chilling when I got there seemed like that's what they wanted to continue to do. Looks like no banking with PNC for me.
