Very rarely nowadays do you get good customer service. This branch has yet to disappoint me! Every time I have went the workers have been more than helpful and super kind. Had the manager Howie help me today and he was absolutely incredible! Highly suggest banking here!!

First of all, I closed my Smart Access Account today! Too much hassle and incompetence from Corporate! Shout out to Timothy Parks at the Branch! 5 Stars for him! He went to Battle for me! Dedicated and courteous! He is Golden! Corporate and the Product itself are a Headache and absolutely unorganized, incompetent and Quacks!

Just moved all our business accounts to this bank. The team at the Hilliard location is one of the most professional and customer service oriented teams I have ever seen at a bank. They made it easy to move our accounts and helped us understand all the services they have available.

So I show up at 1:20 to set up a basic checking account. They told me not today it takes 45mins to an hour. It's never taken that long to set up a basic checking account anywhere else. They were laughing and chilling when I got there seemed like that's what they wanted to continue to do. Looks like no banking with PNC for me.

Notary Service for public, l called this branch to do notary they said we only do for our customer, this is bad because you kinda avoid new future customer just like me.

If PNC suspects fraud on your account, they don't contact you! They just adjust your account until you happen to notice it! We wrote a 3k check for rent and a 6k check for a deposit on a commercial building. The property owner deposited those checks and they cleared our account on Monday. I do my accounting everyday, so each evening I check my accounts and update quickbooks. Tuesday evening, the account was still fine. Wednesday morning, I get a call from a very angry property owner that the checks bounced! I pull up my account and it says suspicious activity. Called the 800 number and she stated they sent an email... complete lie. No phone call, no email. So this bank suspects fraud and just doesn't contact you. So, then I call my branch. I called Howie, because he just called me on Monday and left a voicemail to call him back, in a panic, I did because I thought something was wrong, was only calling to say hello and to tell me about that the lobby was now open. So they will call for stupid sh*t, but not when they suspect fraud. Anyway, Howie was completely useless. Had no remedy for the situation. So, I had to leave work, go to pnc and get a cashier's check and then drive it to Cincinnati... 2 hours away... on a work day! All this could have been taken care of by a simple phone call to verify the checks. Instead of bouncing the checks, who knows what it did to the property owners account (possibly cause an overdraft) and then make it look like we didn't have the money on a brand new property (great way to start a business relationship), plus cost me an hour and a half on the phone between 2 phone calls and then 2 hours down and 2 hours back on a work day! They offered no solutions... the best that they could do was waive the fees on a cashier check.

I love PNC. It's my favorite bank in Columbus, but this is absolutely the worst branch. Frankly the employees are nice, but from the tellers to the manager, they know absolutely nothing about banking, money, PNC bank or how to take care of customers. No one is in charge.I was there a few days ago. There was one teller staffing the drive through. The 4 cars in line did not move for fully 15 minutes. People,including, me just left. As I drove through the ATM line, I looked at the 12 year old teller staffing the drive-thru. She just shrugged her shoulders and kind of half giggled.I avoid going there generally, but once in a while I'm right there so I decide to go and I regret it every time. I blame this on the bank manager because this kind of problem always starts at the top. He or she is missing in action. No one is in charge.
