Spoke with "Ms.Hennings" earlier. I ordered a withdrawal from funds available in my account, and she asked what I would be doing with the cash. I will sleep with it, that's what. It's none of your business. This was just the beginning of the conversation. I'm too tired to write it all. Be professional and do your job. Stop cutting off the customer you're claiming to protect. Discrimination is illegal. Be better.

As I counted my money, here was Libby I was in a big hurry, but lol she asked how I was boy. I told her my wife's excuse me my dog died. None of my wife none of my girlfriends get along the whole world against me. Nothing ever goes right but I have a positive attitude and my beer was half full. She knew I was filming her and she laughed and chuckled. She asked me if I had any big plans. I'm alive right now and well at my age of 55 which I'm still young I just told her in a long version. I'm excited about life and it's too hard to explain what I'm going to do but she is from West Virginia in a very friendly soul and I appreciated the interaction. Thanks Libby sorry I was in such a hurry. God bless America what would Paul Harvey say about this fine soul and she's hot to boot lol.

Opened an account in March 2023 and it is now June 2023 and I have yet to receive my credit card. Every time I talk to a rep, no one can tell me what the issue is or why I’ve not received my card. I called today to see if they could tell me if someone has been using my credit card since I’ve not received it after this long. They asked for my FULL social- I provided it. They asked for my full name- provided that as well. They asked for the exact dates that transactions have been made on my checking account. I told him the amount and date of the last transaction and he said he needs 1 more. I told him the amount of another trans but could not remember the exact day so he said he couldn’t help me. Usually people ask for the last 4 of your social to verify but apparently, there is no flexibility when I am trying to see if someone is using my card, fraudulently. This is a horrible branch and company. Taking my funds out and will never do business with this bank again.

I will go out of my way, from now on, to the cemetery Rd location! Customer service at this location is AWFUL!! I wish I had gotten the teller's name, I would most DEFINITELY put her name on this review! She needs to be in a different profession that doesn't involve customer service of any kind!!

Met with Howie to pay off a loan, open an account, and add my fiancé as a beneficiary to my accounts. The service was quick and personable, I always recommend PNC to anyone looking for a bank.

Pnc is the worst bank l have ever used....Will take you for fees that their computers missed up on. Never used PNC credits card will scam you.

I’ve had my account for over 15 years with Pnc and i have 4 other accounts with them. So today I stopped in to open 4 more accounts and was told that if I want to open any other accounts they need to all have direct deposit or a minimum of 500. Which my current account doesn’t require , even though 99% of the time that’s not an issueshe was unwilling to help or adjust any requirements with opening these accounts . So I’ll take my business else where. Very upset with how this was handled and the delivery of the associate just came off as she didn’t want to deal with me bc she wanted to go to lunch .

PLEASE FIX YOUR WALK UP ATM! I've been in this area for 3+ years and go to Sams a couple times a month. Whenever I try to use the walk up ATM to make a cash deposit, it is always messed up. I've never in 3 years been able to make a deposit. I either have to go through the drive through ATM which usually requires waiting in line or use the Cemetery road branch that actually keeps the equipment in working order.

Everyone at this location is very friendly. I highly recommend meeting with John and Jessica for your mortgage needs. They made refinancing our house as seamless as possible. They provided our family with a great experience.

I went to this place a while ago to find out why my paycheck was not deposited into my bank account. They offered me no real help and no insight. I had to figure it out on my own.

They close at 6pm, showed up at 5:50 to make a simple deposit. Young guy with a goatee was holding door open for a lady coming out,slammed it in my face and then yelled through the glass "were closed" and walked away. I've been in customer service all my life, that's not how you treat people
