Someone here closed our account by accident. I contacted corporate they told us someone would be reaching out to reset the account up and verify everything again around July 31st. No one left a voicemail. I don't pick up unknown numbers. We didn't know anything had even been done to the account. Then last week we got a voicemail saying account was going to go to auction. Tried contacting back and heard nothing. Like WTH guys. Also got a notice in the mail yesterday about the issue. Customer support no help either they just said today oh auto pay has been off since August 1st, well we didn't know anything had been done to the account. You guys better fix this.
Update: 9/12/25 Still have not heard anything. Apparently they seem to respond to only positive reviews on here.

Great storage, but beware. They raise the price on you suddenly!
Mine went from $164 a month to $238. They have no loyalty, just supply and demand.

I have had a storage unit at Public Storage in Hilliard, OH., for a few years, and the service at this location, particularly with Robin, is beyond compare. I travel a lot, and it’s good to know that my valuables are safe and secure, and that any changes to policy or entry options are swiftly communicated through several channels. Hands down, the beat experience I’ve had within the last 15 years.

Paris at the Hilliard Rome location was absolutely fantastic!! I had been in and out of that storage unit for the last several days struggling to get everything in, and she saw me and offered to grab me a cart (I had no idea those were available, which is my fault) but it saved me a lot of time and effort getting the rest of my items in. We hung out and chatted for a minute and she was always very kind and friendly. Thank you for your help today Paris!!

UPDATE: Robin no longer works here and there are no people at this location, they only care about how much money they can take from you before you can no longer pay.
Worst storage place ever. Was better when it was Cardinal storage. Very disappointed, can no longer pay, childhood is locked in a unit and will be sold because they are charging $280 a month, used to be $112
Robin was extremely helpful, tries to accommodate our needs
