We have been going to KinderCare at RidgeMill for almost 3 years now. We got the recommendation from our friends who have been going to KinderCare for both of their children. We have 1 child, who started at 12 weeks in the infant room and are currently in the toddler room. It has been an amazing experience.
All teachers throughout each room have been attentive, caring and nurturing. As having an only child, the transitions from each room were our biggest fears. However at each stage they take the time and effort to help our kid smoothly transition with minimal fuss. They take the time to get to know each and every kid and tailor each experience personally. We really feel like our child is treated like family. The new director specifically has grown with our child from the beginning, starting as their infant teacher and moving to assistant director, and now director.
We can wholeheartedly recommend RidgeMill KinderCare for all new parents, and seasoned parents alike.

I cannot say enough great things about this KinderCare! The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and confident that our child was in the best hands. The teachers are patient, nurturing, and go above and beyond to create a fun and educational environment.
The director is absolutely amazing—professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being and development. Communication is always clear and timely, and I always feel informed and included in my child’s daily activities and progress.
This center feels like a second home. I’m so grateful for the love, structure, and care my child receives here. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and supportive place for their little one!

Both of my kids go to this daycare, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are caring, patient, and truly create a safe, loving environment. One thing I really appreciate is how they separate the infants into Infant A and Infant B—keeping the little babies apart from the walkers. It shows how much thought goes into meeting each child’s needs.
Since the new director, Ms. Gabbi, took over, there have been great improvements. She’s brought new ideas, better organization, and great communication with parents. You can tell she truly cares.
My kids are happy and learning every day, and that means everything to me. Highly recommend this daycare to any family!

We’ve had all three of our kids at this daycare, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s always been a great place, but ever since the new director, Ms Gabbi, came on board, we’ve seen some really positive changes. She’s brought fresh energy, new ideas, and improvements that have made a noticeable difference—not just in the day-to-day structure but also in the overall vibe of the place.
The staff continues to be caring, patient, and professional, and you can tell they work as a team. The environment feels even more organized, nurturing, and focused on both learning and fun.
We truly appreciate the way Ms Gabbi communicates with parents and takes the time to listen. It feels like she really cares—not just about the kids, but about building a strong community. We feel confident and at peace knowing our children are in such good hands.
Highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a safe, loving, and well-run environment!

The daycare has terrible. My daughter was heavily bullied and she had reported it. They did absolutely nothing about it. She would come home complaining about kids fighting each other and the staff would just stand there and did nothing. I'm very disappointed in this daycare.

We absolutely love the teachers here. They are some of the best, and always make sure that our babies are loved on and well taken care of. They’re always playing and having a good time whenever I show up (even if it’s at an unexpected time). Now that my daughter is able to talk, she tells me she can’t wait to go to school to play with her friends. They are also great at teaching them age appropriate lessons. We’ve been very happy with our experience here!

The staff at this Kindercare location are phenomenal. They truly care about the health and well being of the children. They foster their learning and have so many fun projects for my children each day. My children have learned so much in the year that they have been here. I feel so fortunate to have my children there because I know they are well cared for. Thank you to all of the wonderful and caring staff! My girls love it here!

I have been a parent at The Ridge Mill KinderCare for two years now and I have truly enjoyed my experience. Ridge Mill has become like a second home for me and my child. The teachers are incredibly welcoming and caring, making me feel confident and comfortable leaving my child in their care each day.
The center itself is always clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and inviting environment for the children. I have seen my child learn and grow so much during their time here.
Overall, I highly recommend The Ridge Mill KinderCare to any parent looking for a reliable and nurturing childcare center. My experience has been nothing but positive and I am grateful for the impact they have had on my child's development.

The last two years have been amazing bc with KinderCare. Our son started going at 3 months old and continued until 2 years (we moved out of state). I begged for them to move with us but they all declined, darn it.Stacy the director is always on top of communication. She would call if anything happened, and sent timely updates on our app about weather, class parties, etc. I always felt like I knew what was going on and that I was included. I genuinely built a relationship with her and her teachers. Miss Stacy ensured our son was well cared for and he took such a liking to her. They were best buds.Miss Gabbi was also a great teacher, and assistant director. My son was always so excited to see her and she would update me on how his day went. It was so refreshing to know that his teachers care so much for him. She is incredibly personable which made all of our transitions so much easier. As a first time parent she gave excellent advice. We truly appreciated that.Miss Ashley always knew how to calm my son. She kept things vibrant and exciting in the class. I knew if he was upset when I left in the morning she would help calm him down. She engaged the kids and always made it a fun and safe environmentMiss Mori communicated so well! She always made sure to tell us how our son was doing especially when he was not feeling well. She made a point to let us know.Miss Vee kept our son well fed!! He loved her so much and would light up when we walked in. She made sure to build relationships with the parents even though she is not a designated teacher.Your child will learn so much! My son came home everyday impressing us with his new knowledge. His speech progressed astronomically as well! He came home knowing colors and even the ABC’s (we hadn’t even thought to teach him that yet).All in all I absolutely would recommend KinderCare There is no other place I would have wanted my son to grow and develop in Hilliard.

I absolutely love this daycare. I get updates on my children all day and get to see what they are doing. I feel so much better at work knowing my children are here and I dont have to worry.

I shared with Stacy during my tour I had a very bad experience with a previous daycare and she gave me the full run down and tried to put my mind at ease. The first week my daughter did not want to go and that gave me so much anxiety. I contemplated quitting my job and staying home. By the second week she was happy to go, not eager but she liked to go. She's been coming here for over a month and immediately makes a dash as soon as her feet hit the ground and runs to Stacy, giving me the age old half wave over her shoulder while I'm saying bye. Stacy and her team of AMAZING caretakers has completed restored my faith in childcare and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a daycare. They are kind, attentive and friendly. The teachers know my daughter and her personality and are always the sweetest women. I can't say enough good things about this location!

I absolutely love this daycare. The teachers are always happy and smiling. The first daycare where I can actually breathe because I know my son is being took care of and is happy. I can call and the director jess knows it’s me without me saying who I am. I am very satisfied with this daycare. Even had my daughter apply for a job because I felt it would be a great career move for her and the ladies have went out of their way to encourage her to go to school for a degree in that field. It’s like my extended family there.

I’ve felt confident dropping my toddler off here. They feed the kids also, which helps out so much and have worked with us on potty training(and supportive on my methods). The staff also really seem to care for the kids too. My boy is happy.The one thing I will say that I’ve been less-than-happy about is the turnover rate. But I think that happens at any daycare/preschool.
