None of the prices were on the shelves…prices are also outrageous. This whole store feels like a scam and it’s not even a year old!!! Save yourself the time- drive into Hilliard.

Absolutely unacceptable price gouging. I expect pricing to vary from one gas station to another but NEVER buy tobacco products here. They are literally more than 50% higher than anywhere else, including other Shell stations. Dude didn't even look shocked

Pretty standard Shell gas station with a Subway. Interesting thing is in the convenience store area there is a whole row of European snacks.

This gas station took more than a year to build and while, fundamentally, there is nothing wrong with the station, its DATED. It was built in 2022 and didn't open till 2023. The Tap to Pay isn't enabled on the pumps....WHAT? I mean, come on. Shell also has done NOTHING to intice people to come inside. It is straight out of the 90s. There is a fountain setup with 6 flavors. There are expensive slushies when compared to Sheetz, Circle K or Speedway and not even branded flavors. There is no specialty coffee, no roller dogs, nothing. It is a HUGE area inside, for such a lame showing. Yes, there is Huntz Brothers Pizza and a beer cave, but again, this is very 1990s. There is even a cooler for Good Humor style frozen treats.A final thought is there is no signage ANYWHERE until you pull up to the pump of the cost. I know in the prime area of Hilliard, by housing, it was probably limited, but you didn't even try.Shell, you opened this in 2023, TAP TO PAY and some competative offerings in a convient store that is in walking distance of MANY houses would have been awesome. This is literally 1/4 mile from my house and I will go more than 8x that to get to speedway, circle K or Sheetz just for their offerings.

Brand new Gas station with lot's of variety, Shell has Hunt's Brother's Pizza, Broaster's Chicken wings and Sandwichs, And a Subway! Lots of Candy and drinks and also a walk in beer cave
