I’ve used sigmaTec a handful of times, and I’ve had good enough experiences to send another handful of people their way. I originally had them recommended to me as Subaru experts, but they work on other makes, too.
sigmaTec always prices extremely fairly. They are honest, even if it keeps them from making a buck. They talk about the issues directly, and I’ve never once seen them do that crappy thing where they won’t talk to a ‘girl’ because they “wouldn’t understand car stuff”. When I go with my partner, they are treated with the same respect I am.
I love this shop, and I’ll gladly keep waiting for appointments and driving half an hour to get to them just to give them business.

The Sigmatec Team is fantastic! I have worked with them for many years. Honest and up front estimates that have been consistently accurate. Extremely fair and they are efficient. I could not be happier with the service they provide.

The honest people here took a look at my high mileage Subaru and empowered me to make the best decision based on its lifespan. To my surprise, they didn’t charge me a dime for their time. They’ve gained a customer for life, and I’ll happily recommend the shop to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and fair mechanic.

I am very sure that I reviewed sigmaTec years ago, but I could not locate my review. Hence, I decided to write a new one because sigmaTec deserves a good review.
I have known ZB (the owner of sigmaTec) for more than 20 (twenty years). Not once did he ever disappoint me. He has always been very honest and straight forward with his opinions. If something needs to be replaced, he would tell me. However, if something is not really going to be a major issue, he would tell me so. Nowadays, it is so difficult to find a car mechanic that is trustworthy, straight forward, and charge a very fair price for labor and parts. I have just picked up my car this morning and I was very pleased with the work that he did. I am going to stop by to bring ZB, Andrew, and Caleb a dozen of donuts as a token of appreciation.
Thank you ZB for the good work. I really aporeciate it. The place is so close from where I live and I can just walk home after I drop off the car. I can walk again to pick up the car when it is ready. I sincerely hope sigmaTec will be a thriving car repair shop because an honest car mechanic is extremely rare.

Fantastic service,and straight to the point with repairs,won't try and upsell you on additional repairs. There was a tiny bit of a wait for an available appointment,but for the cost and service it was well worth it. I will be coming back for sure.
The techs here repaired my Subaru within a day and all concerns were fixed. They gave me a quote over the phone,and it was accurate,which I appreciate!

Pleasure working with ZB. He came highly recommended by a family member. I never got to meet him since my working hours are so awful, but the shop did my Touareg 100k maint, brakes and rotors, and isolated an issue with my fog light in one day. Pre-night drop off and post-business pickup was a breeze making a payment by phone. Take your VW to them.
