Even though I had an appointment and I was the first one in there for an appointment I still had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen and I was just there to pick up equipment Just grab a bag and go. The lady was very polite and nice. My only suggestion is when they have people dealing with mobile and downloads and thing of that sort there should be a separate line because it takes over an hour or more.

I had THE BEST experience with Sean today 💯 !! He was spot on with everything I was needing and made the transaction go so super easy for me that I left leaving with a huge smile 😁 Spectrum should give Sean some praises or raise for his for his specialties !! Thank you Sean 🥰

Only two people working and both were setting up new cells phones for their customers while 6 of us were waiting to return equipment. They need someone available just for returns. Waited over 30 minutes to drop off a cable modem.

Very friendly and super fast service. I had a cable modem that just gave up the ghost, called customer support and they said would you like us to ship your new one or you could just pick one up at this local store. As I was completely out of Internet, I said, let me go pick it up at the store. The pick up experience was great. They just scanned the old modem and had me a new one.

One of the worst cable companies. The service is always going out. Cable and Internet. Hot, cold, rain or no rain. Doesn't matter. Second customer service via the phone.....AWFUL. They don't listen. Sign you up for whatever they want. I never asked or requested new equipment but got it. Asked to be on installment plan never got signed up.

Paying $70 a month for Spectrum Internet feels like a waste. The speed is extremely slow, and my laptop disconnects often while I’m working. My T-Mobile phone data is way faster in both download and upload speeds. Definitely not worth the cost.

I signed in at the front door and it showed me on the tv. Others followed me . After waiting for 10 minutes my name disappeared on tv and they started waiting on other customers. Ridiculous service!!!

Terrible customer service. I have an appointment but after standing around for a while with no one acknowledging me I tried to just use the digital kiosk to figure it out. After being unsuccessful a woman with blonde hair just tells me to go to the front to the iPad. Idk, it just would be nice to be acknowledged initially and I do personally think tone matters.
