Please be respectful to people that are essential workers, they are trained to do their job and are following job guidelines. If you put yourself in their position you most likely wouldn’t be able to handle the position they are in. You are lucky they have a store that you can come into get service. Most providers now, you have to deal with over the phone with customer service.It’s not hard to be a decent person and do your own research the company, their offers, and services before you go.Just be kind, and a little more understanding.No I don’t work here, but I’ve worked in this field for so long.I came to leave a GOOD review about this store, and saw how awful people can be.Thanks Sean and the other staff for all your help!

I had a very positive experience at this store today. Scheduled an appointment in app, walked in and was served right away. Rep was polite, knowledgeable and got what I needed based on order placed. Thanks!

The worst internet service I have ever had. Unstable speed, intermittent connection, charge more even promised a price lock for 12 month. Totally a lier, please run.

Provider is way behind tech wise. But if you gotta have cable and internet it's a choice. Service is a bit uncaring to. Remotes are stone age compared to other national cable companies.

It was 7:45 and they were closed. Doors locked and no one in the store. That is ridiculous.

Very underwhelming experience buying a phone. I switched from AT&T because the price spectrum offered, and the employee lacked enthusiasm for his job as well as basic product knowledge. He also failed to tell me he was enrolling me in auto pay with my switch of service. Im going to go ahead and say that's probably something that should be mentioned... Also I was unable to get cases, screen protectors and chargers there because they just dont have them (trust me I asked) and since I transfered to keep my number, I was literally without a working phone for HOURS as my old one was made inactive with the switch, while I drove around looking for a store that had what I needed. You would think Spectrum would have these additional product so that I was spending the 168$ I spent somewhere else with them. My boyfriend was worried when he couldn't get ahold of me....overall I wouldn't recommend this Hilliard location.

I’ve had nothing but the worst experiences at this location and it’s always the same older gentleman, dresses nicely, a bit short. He has no idea what he is doing, constantly asking other people to help him and both times he ended up saying he couldn’t figure it out and directed me to another store or to call the line. Save yourself time and money, go with wow or even AT&T. Spectrum has purchased enough companies and has enough of a monopoly to provide the worst service and face no backlash.

Replaced WOW with Spectrum several years ago. Spectrum had better prices, faster internet and much better service.Only had 1 problem when someone working at our neighbors cut our line. Spectrum service had us up and running in less than 24 hours.Prices have gone up but whose prices have not.Only needed the store a couple times, but our needs were taken care of very quickly each time.

Highly disappointed in this company. Ordered internet and basic cable was suppose to arrive last Thursday then Saturday then today now who knows pending they took forever to get it shipped and this happens horrible customer service calling in morning to cancel service before it even starts smh
