Always gets my Buy Online Pickup In Store wrong. I have complained but no response from management. It’s good to rectify a customer complaint. You need to work on that.

I had a great experience yesterday when I needed on the spot help to print and bind my presentation. Rickita did a fabulous job advising and getting the job done. Her attitude was very good although ran into the store closing hour. I would go back again to this location.

Rickita deserved a commendation for her exceptional service with a positive attitude despite a heavy workload.
I did an online request to print 20 posters on semi gloss. The staff printed in full gloss, but it's okay as it turns out great.
I requested another 10 posters to be printed, and they did it within a short turnaround time.

Had an excellent customer service experience with Jessica from the print department. Incredibly helpful, totally went above and beyond! I will continue to use staples for my printing needs!

I needed some things printed for an event, and Raquita was SO helpful. She was kind enough to walk me through the process at the counter, and was so patient, even when though they were so busy. I truly appreciated her help and thoroughness. Everything turned out great and I got it in plenty of time. She deserves all the raises!!

Sad store but we got money back from the return the quality was pretty decent, but just no one in the store value seemed like the stuff was pretty good. The service was even better just quick.

Honestly one of the best retail experiences I've had since the pandemic. Stores used to care and most don't now. Chuck and his team were super helpful and got me what I needed in a timely manner.

I want to publicly thank the team at the Hilliard location: Ms. Jess, Ms. Laketa and Mr. Chuck (I hope I have their names correct) for their outstanding customer service and attention this morning. I was asked to pickup a print job that I thought I was simply walking in and picking up but due to miscommunications from my organization, the order wasn't ready. The team understood the need for the urgency and rushed to help get ready for me. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! I needed that extra support and professionalism this morning.
