Visiting from out of state and I can't figure out why Ohio needs to hide their liquor stores. Elsewhere in the Midwest you can just buy liquor anywhere and any state where you can't there are dedicated liquor stores, not this little store room in the back of a big grocery store. That being said, once you find the place, the selection is pretty great, as are the prices and the people working there.

Too difficult to find. Google maps takes you to the Giant Eagle supermarket and then you have to ask or meander the store to locate the door to the liquor store.

Not the biggest selection I have seen, but 2 days before Christmas and the place wasn't packed. In and out in 10 minutes and the clerk was very pleasant

Required to wear a mask, which is fine, but we have to go in and out separate doors when there is no side walk to walk to your car safely and then when I try and leave your cart boy gets in my face when I’m two feet away from the door, saying I can’t go out that way. I’ve seen people fall and almost get hit in your parking lot, and your making it even more dangerous. Masks are for everyone’s protection, and if we are social distancing, there is no need for the separate doors.

4pm on a Friday and the Deli was closed. One cashier. No help at the customer service desk. Can you please offer people more money or whatever it takes to staff your store? I'm done shopping here.

A very quiet place to shop with less people....however I shopped today during their senior hours. Very conscious of maintaining my 6 foot parameter, not all people did. One particular person came very close to me while checking out. I would suggest signs indicating the six foot space and lines on the floor showing the distance to be maintained. Also, there were no wipes to clean the carts. Otherwise, I do enjoy this store.
