“We’re about six weeks after purchase and everything went well. VERY clean car (impressed). Running well so far. Rav-4. Easy process. They provide the Carfax and Auto Check too. From test drive until purchase was only two days. I provided my own financing.
They lose half a star as the title wasn’t transferred until 28 days after the purchase and we received it in the mail 33 days after the purchase. (we also requested a phone call so we could pick the title up onsite - they mailed it instead). Creates a little bit of anxiety when you’re waiting for the title to get license plates (Ohio). IMO waiting until the last hour wasn’t necessary.
I also had to replace the 2021 car battery within a month of purchase. Can’t say that was predictable but still basically adds $300 to my purchase price.
Outside of that, everything went well and I’d recommend taking a look at Savvy.”

I bought a very high mile Honda Pilot. Have put 5k miles on it and aside from basic maintenance and just now getting an alternator on it she's been driving like a champ.
The service department has been great too. Offer very reasonable pricing. While they were too busy to get me in for an alternator immediately their quoted price was far more reasonable than anywhere else.
Hoping to get a lot more miles before I need another car but I definitely will be back!”

“Nick and Denny were super-awesome, as were the folks at the Grove City location (see separate review). Got a great deal on a '13 Accord EX-L, excellent shape. Denny was great in helping me with the test drive--I tested an '08 Corolla and was going to buy that but saw the '13 Accord for only a little bit more and took the plunge. Nick was great in terms of paperwork and it went smooth. I was in and out of there in about 90 minutes. They were fair, honest and open about the car's history--had to take it to Honda for a recall but that was not a problem either. The dealer tried to trick me, but Nick, Denny and his team were honest, kind and up front about the whole process! I would DEFINITELY recommend them again!”
“Overall my experience buying my car from here was good I wish I would have been offered a warranty but at the time they were not offering warranties for my car obviously I am looking for a specific car which would be a Volkswagen Beetle convertible the only thing I wish is they would be a little bit more lenient and negotiating the prices if you're paying cash they typically will only take off a few hundred bucks I recently tried to buy a second car from them another Volkswagen Beetle the beetle had a few minor issues some issues were more than others but the thing that threw me off would be the rebuilt salvage title if the car did not have the missing pieces in the interior the exterior issues and if the damage was not underneath the driver side door on the frame I would have been okay with paying the full price my wife is still interested in this car but overall my experience has not been too bad”

“I came to this shop Thursday to pick up a Volkswagon CC (2013) by far one of the best purchases I have made in all my years of living, this team of guys provide a lengthy and proper description with proper service and aftercare. Upon meeting them I was properly greeted and they introduced themselves as brothers and introduced me to their families store. They gave me a test drive of the vehicle and provided me details of the vehicle and the accessories and perks that come with the vehicle. Post purchasing the Hasani brothers, cleaned the vehicle for me and ensured no senors were faulty no lights were incorrect and that my interior and exterior was cleaned. These guys do not mess around about care for their customers. These guys ensure your vehicles ARE SAFE AND WORK! Before even listing the cars or even introducing the cars to the public. Please take your self and your kids to get cars from guys that care for the people and not just the money. Brotherhood dealers are the thing people need to look for, not these big name companies with a minimum 7% interest no matter your credit score!”
